My progress (post #1)

Stats:
Height: 6'2
Weight (as of 8/20/02): 200lbs
BF Percent (estimate, calipers coming soon): 10%
Waist: 33.5 inch
Wrist: 6.5 inch (smaller frame?)
Arm (cold): 12.5 inch (don't laugh please)
Neck: 16.5
Chest: 41 inch
Thigh: 23 inch (measured 4 inches above the knee)
Calves: 16.5 inch

My goal is to be 220 lbs at 7-8% bf. I will go up to 220 lbs, then diet down to 210, then go up to 230, then diet down to 220. Hopefully I can get my arms up to at least 16 inches. Everything else on me will grow, but arms seem to not want to.

Will take in about 6000 calories a day, possibly more. Ratio: 50/25/25. Bulk of protein comes from tuna fish, whey protein, eggs, and the occasional chicken and hamburger. Carbs will come from oatmeal, beans, multi-grain bread, airheads (a high GI candy consumed after workouts). Fats will come from peanut butter, flax oil, cheese, cottage cheese, and meats. So, approximate grams per day will be 750 grams of carbs, 375 grams of protein, and 166 grams of fat.

I lift three times a week, doing compound movements (squats, deads, etc). 5x5, coming close to failure. I'm also swimming 5 times a week for an hour. (I know this isn't good for bulking, but I have to.)

Supplements: 10g creatine ED. 25mg 5-androstendiol taken 6x ED, 1-AD 100 mg taken 4x ED. Will take some glutamine starting next week after each workout. I have some ALA from BAC, undecided about this. May save it for cutting.

I have taken the 5-andro stuff before, had pretty good results. No terrible side effects and kept 75% of my gains (gained 20 lbs, lost 5lb afterwards (probably mostly water). Not much fat gain during that cycle. Only sides I noticed were shrinking testes and a slight decrease in sex drive (actually, it took me about 3 times as long to get an orgasm, girlfriend liked that ). Testes came back within a month. Never taken the 1-AD, so we'll see how that goes.

I realize some mild steroids would probably be better, more efficient, less sides, etc, but I don't want to wait forever to get some, I found these supplements for pretty cheap, and I am a wuss and really don't want to stick myself with needles. However, I welcome ideas on some good oral steroids that aren't terribly difficult to obtain.

Every Saturday, I will post updated stats. Might add a weekly picture if I'm feeling saucy.

Yeah, just realized that. Phew, guess I'm not so incredibly puny after all. :) Just mildly puny, I suppose.
 
actually...

... you are supposed to measure the arm unflexed. You just put your arm out parallel to the floor and measure the biggest part of the arm. Most guys measure the arm flexed because of ego.

sorry they are wrong. Not sure if I would ever believe anything ever in a mag. Too much money changing hands. Everything is suspect

Dewd, I'm sorry but every arm measurement you see on the net, pro bb'er or otherwise, is "flexed". I don't know if the "correct" way is flexed or unflexed, and I really don't know who could dictate which way is correct, but no one posts their measurements as unflexed.

Hooray! Everyone's been going off on their 16 and 18 and 20 inch arms, and I've been measuring my 12.5 (really 15.5) inch arms, and going "Hm.. I suck."

15.5in ll is kinda lean, but it's not horrible, is it? I'm 6'2, 200 lbs, slighter frame if that matters, pretty slim.

how old are you bro and how long have you been lifting.

21, I've been lifting off and on since 16, although only consistantly for the past year. And it's only been in the last year or so that I cleaned up my eating habits and started lifting correctly.

My chest is pretty big, my back and thighs seem to grow pretty well. Arms don't really seem to do terribly much.

Looking forward to it. But you don't have to go through all that trouble bro...if you do, take your time...I don't want you going out of your way for li'l ole me. Now that I got that out of the way...could you also explain a little how your diet and training have changed over the past few years...aside from increasing weights obviously...
 
Bouncer, nicely done, you're a big dude.

I'm 5'6, 175lbs, 13%BF, 16" arms, been liftin for abouot 3 years. Been juicin on and off for 1 and a half.

Bouncer, I am also interested in your training and diet.... instead of e-mailing a bunch of people who want to know about your diet and training, why don't you just post a thread on your diet and training techniques.
