My Program - Critiques Welcome

Hey Guys,

I recently obtained a program for my summer workouts. I am wondering if it is a good program and if you have any suggestions for improvement - especially for lean but explosive muscle gains. It is a 4-day split, two days focusing on upper body while the other two on lower body with high reps. As the summer progresses, the reps decrease and certain exercises are substituted both for strength gains and explosiveness (not too different or relevent, though). It is a basketball-designed workout. I am adding a few of my own things in there, and am taking both protein stacked with V12 along with a solid diet. I am going to TRY to gain 5-10 lbs of lean mass this summer (I am 6'7 215 so this is not out of reach). Here is the link to the picture:

What do you think? I appreciate any critiques or ways to improve this.
 
your explosiveness with be literally sapped from you if all you do is above 8 reps. you're a true balla, for real, not a bodybuilder.

i also think that the plan has about 10 exercises too much on each day.

I was really concerned with overtraining - but like I said the reps decrease (there are thre phases) to 6 by the end of the summer which is closer to the season. I'm not quite sure the science behind it, that's why I am asking you guys who know a ton more than me! I plan to work in plyos on wed and cardio on sat/sun.

And you can make fun of my name but it is a joke most ppl think I think I'm some kid of basketball god which I am clearly not :-p. When I made this name I also didn't post but was one of this visitors that read everything (and to everyone that's the same way right now, join up!)
