Sorry, typo! I'm 28
My diet is clean, getting around 220 grams of quality protein a day from beef, chicken, tuna and other White fish. I also eat around 3-4 eggs a day with carbs coming from potatoes, brown rice and sometimes snack on rice cakes with some omega oils. I'm lucky enough not to count calories too much and generally eat as much as I can.
I have abs showing but am not as ripped as I could be.
