My planned cycle

Hi Guys,

I'm not gonna get into my stats or anything like that as this often leads to negative comments. I'm an experienced natural lifter and have decided to give PH's a go.
I have to hand M-drol, P-plex as the main ingredients and some 6-oxo which was recommended to me for part of the pct.
I also have access to Nolvadex.
I have the necessary liver support supplements for before, during and after the cycle.
Have read up on how to use them etc but with the massive amounts of conflicting info out there I just wanted some expert advise on how best to use what I have and if there are any special recommendations from you vets.
Must be supps I can get my hands on in the Uk if you happen to recommend any additional products. And I don't wanna get into pinning.

Im no expert mate but doubt anyone will help u without u first posting your stats/training experience seems to be a rule on here.. Start another thread with the info and im sure these guys will help u out.
 
There is a reason why "negative" comments are given, its kind of ironic actually. Your told to give stats so we can see if it would be safe for you to juice not so we can just deliver negative information.
If you were a natural lifter who's been training for a long time then what's the problem with giving your stats?
We could be saving your body.
PH or steroids aren't magic pills which will turn you into reg park within a month.
You need experience and knowledge, and knowing stats plays a part in answering both these questions.

Fair play.
I'm 28 years old,
5' 11"
Lifting 8 years
Age 27
Not sure of exact body fat because I'm lucky enough to be pretty lean year round so don't monitor it too closely.
Train with weights 4 times per week, run twice and swim once/twice ew.

Give us what your diet looks like please. Also, do you have abs showing? This will give us an idea on bf. Someone your height and weight at 8% bf is pretty muscular, but on the other hand, if you have 20% bf you need to loose some of that before aas will really benefit or be worth it.
...at least he isn't trying to jump on a test/tren cycle guys like all the other newbies.
Some of those products you mentioned are pretty harsh on the body, and I don't have a lot of experience with them, maybe needto or someone else can help mention some starting doses for you and help with pct...

Sorry, typo! I'm 28 :-)
My diet is clean, getting around 220 grams of quality protein a day from beef, chicken, tuna and other White fish. I also eat around 3-4 eggs a day with carbs coming from potatoes, brown rice and sometimes snack on rice cakes with some omega oils. I'm lucky enough not to count calories too much and generally eat as much as I can.
I have abs showing but am not as ripped as I could be.
