Dead lifts are the shit....I have problem with form....I'm tall like you 6'3" and its hard for me to get the form down. Deadlifts squats and bench will put some nice size on ya!

What do you do for your legs fro???

Search on "Old School" in the training sections. I've been doing this routine and variations of it.

I don't think I ever had them until recently.

I know whatcha mean...I started them a little over a month ago, and have put on about 5 lbs. since. I just wish I would of started them a long time ago. I love them!
