I think you look fine dude and you have done some good work. The real question is do chicks notice you? If they do, heck with all these dudes comments tell them you do this for the chicks.

I actually do it for my wife, then me and then for the looks from the chicks I was a skinny little dude growing up. It is nice to tell them no thanks I am married.
I agree on that I need trap work. My physical therapist told me that they were very tight and I needed to lay off them a while. It's time to hit them again.
LOL. That was one of the top 5 funniest things I've read on this Board. I am a pretty smart guy, but yet I still can't tell if you're serious or joking.

I'm dead serious. I went to physical therapy last fall for a problem with my shoulder (inflamed bursar sack). After looking at my posture, he told me that my traps were pulling my shoulders up. If I let my arms hang naturally, it makes me look like I have a small case of ILS (imaginary lat syndrome). I have to concentrate on keeping my arms close to my sides as much as some guy with ILS has to concentrate on flairing his. I know.
Anyway, he told me to lay off shrugs for a bit and try to stretch my upper traps while strengthening my lower traps. This would combine to help lower my shoulders and pull them back to a more natural position. I can't tell if it's helped or not. But I can't ignore them forever. And since I can't see them, I have to rely on these progress pictures to let me know how I'm doing. And frankly, I'm pretty pissed about how my traps look. I did start doing shrugs again a couple of weeks ago and will run them pretty hard for the rest of my "experiment".
Long way to say, not every person has the exact same body.
