yes

Cut the cardio to 45-1hr and do it after you lift if at all. You are pretty lean so you need to concentrate on bulking up. EAT EAT EAT!!!!

You NEED to eat man! I don't know what you weigh but you look to be taller and maybe around 150lbs. I would suggest trying to eat around 4000-5000 clean calories a day if possible. Cut the cardio to 30 minute sessions 3-4 times a week after you have already trained.

Just my opinion...

Oh and put on some underwear!

considering your young age and the amount of time you have been lifting; your pics show great promise. you have good doner DNA.

i would suggest cutting back on the cardio, lift MORE, and EAT EAT EAT.

ah to once again have the natural test levels of a 20-something...... :p :chomp: :artist:

lift hard bro ... really you did not have to block out your cock.. we are all adults here

i have some new pics and i think gained some fat in the waist...i weigh now 173-174....i think all the weight is my thighs...im gonna stop gaining muscle in the thighs so my body looks more proportioned.

dude youre doing fantastic dont worry about those guys asking about your cawk..they just think youre hot, which you are, so its al good.

keep it up pm me if you need help bro!

i didnt read all of the 30+ posts so you may have already received this info in a reply or learned it some where else. you need to perfect 3 things to successfully build muscle. diet, training, and recovery. from your post i think you have a lot of learning to do. i dont have that much time to write it all out for you. do some google searching or maybe you can buy a sesson with a trainer at your gym for $60.00 or so. any way here are a few basics.

1. drop the cardio your thin

2. eat a lot here is a quick guide line:
300g protein devided between 6 meals
600g carbs devided between 6 meals
get a good routine train each muscle group 1 time per wk.

3 get plenty of wrest, keep your energy level high

a mistake most newbies make is overtraining. when you train a muscle you can feal it getting pumped up. then it gets to a point where that pump stops growing and starts to deminish. at this point you are done with that muscle group.

when it comes to my bodys responce to diet, recovery, and training i am the grand pooba through years of research. when it comes to your body i dont know shit.
just keep learning about yourself man. knowing what works best for you is what will get you where you want to be. there are loads of idiots in every gym year after year doing all kinds of different shit asking every one with muscle for tips and every year they still look the same. this is because they do no trial and error research on their own bodies.

your making great progress man!!!! just make sure you do heavy deadlifts, squats, rows, and even cleans if you like them.
Instead of stop gaining muscle in your thighs, work on the lats, shoulders, chest, and everything. NEVER quit squatting though bro.
keep up the good work!

thanks for the feedback guys....

joe d-300 grams of protein i think thats too much for me but the rest of your advice sounds good

iggy-i am still doing deadlifts and squats for maintenance of my thighs

Bro dont be concerned about your leg mass being out of proportion to your upper body. Generally BBers have it the other way around, so you are one of the lucky ones. Dont get too hung up on your nutrition. Although its 80% nutrition & 20% exercise that builds bodies, if you get too stressed about your calorie intake & nutrient breakdown, it can screw you up just as much as not eating enough. Eating is the hardest part of being a BBer. Just get some food in even if its a snack every hour or two. Gradually try to increase how much you consume in a day, & make sure you have enough carbs in there because they are just as important as protein for a training BBer. Keep up the good work.

Great progress bro. Yes, you definitley added some fat since june. That's okay though. You need mass. Until you hit 200 lbs I wouldn't worry about getting lean. I'm 218, with a similar natural build to yours. Tall and skinny. I started out at 160 lbs and I'm 6'2. At 218, I still don't care about being super ripped so long as I don't get too flabby.

dabuffguy-thanks...good to know u think im doing good
