Yes I could of done much more bulking, but Id rather stay somewhat lean all year round by just adding quality size. I actually got up to 210 (im 185 in the recent pics) for a few months but didnt like the fat offseason look.
Yea, as far as appearance, but you can definately see that those are solidified muscles, not just "show" muscles that you can get pretty quickly when you just cut out life

What's the deal with the tattoo on your right arm - it's there in summer '01 (but the picture says '94), then it's gone in summer '03, then back again, then disappears again in the most recent pic?????
Thanks bro...I was training seriously for about a year in that first pic. I dieted down as opposed to bulking which one should do when they first start training.
