i know i'm a fat ass i never got ripped for summer i'm going to start cutting now but i probably won't be lean until the end of the summer i'll never have a bodybuilder type build i just want to look good now. i use to play college ball so performance came before looks anyways i'm 6'3 275 in the pic any recommendations for a good summer cut cycle where i'll keep muscle while dieting and maybe get abit stronger i hate dieting natural which is the only way i've done it and get weaker and loose so much muscle?
 
Hey you look okay ...but I have to call bullshit on the 275! Your arms chest shoulder (can't see legs) are way too small for 275.. try 220

i would not be so certain....i know alot of guys that tall that look like they weigh alot less than they actually do....there is something to be said for height....i believe that it is possible for him to weigh that much....but thats just my opinion:cool:
 
No fuckin way. I would say 220 to 230 maybe, but no bigger than that. But you look good anyway man. Now come clean and tell us how big you really are.
 
shit i can't believe you think i'm that light have you ever got the weight of a long limbed 6'3 person it might surprise you i have very long arms and legs which kicked ass for football but sucks for appearance it makes my arms especially look smaller than they actually are. i have big legs too all those years of football all my emphasis was put on squats and power cleans...i use to weigh around 300 i haven't weighed under 240 since i was 15. i actually want to get down to around 250-260 this summer i think like an average weight for someone 6'3 thats lanky has to be around 240
 
get better lighting next time ,try several angles and use a mirror to reflect the light. Its hard to tell much in this photo. Looks pretty good i might say.

i don't mean to be negative but maybe the pic is too dark or sometin but you look around 245 TOPS...if you are 275 you have fooled us all..

Give full stats Arms, legs, and chest
 
I am 6'2 250 and I think i look it ....hell could you have huge thighs and calfs for all i know ...could you tell us some measurements?

i never measured before so i just took some quick ones so i don't know how accurate but chest was 51", quads 29", calves 18" and arms 18 1/2"
 
Hey Doc, you definetly do NOT look like a fat ass. In fact you look pretty solid and hard. I see some good def. on your arms and traps. Maybe it's the lighting,
but you definetly don't look as sloppy as you describe yourself to be in your original post. Good luck.
 
see now this is why I questioned the weight (I am still not trying to flame you) but you measurement are very close to mine! my arms are 19...chest 53...thighs 28 3/4
 
i've only done 1 cycle about a year ago gymnyc and judging from your pics you don't even workout but i don't really feel like argueing with a piece of shit like you and i never claimed to look good i need alot of work and i'm seriously considering a nice summer cycle and hopefully that will help me get closer to my goals i was considering prop/eq/winny

thanks for the suggestion bigmag i was thinking more 400mg EQ/50mg winnny ED/100mg Prop EOD for 12 weeks

i want to look jacked for september when i go back to school and i got some GAC clen i took it for 2 days but had to stop because of the migraine headaches and with my job i have this summer its just way to hard to work 12 hour shifts with that kind of headache i might give it another go though and ease into the dosages abit more right now i am planning to start on july 20th i just have to wait on the prop

I will have to add my opinion in that i agree with dr size on gymnyc himself looks like sh*t. Fact do you find it hard to hide the fact you are gay? hey congrats bro..u look pretty damn diesel. Thats the kind of mass i would like to attain....oh and im 6'1 but not even close to as much mass as u. Im thinking of my first cycle...btu dont have an idea what. What cycles have u done in the past bro (Dr. Size)????
 
i did a deca/dbol one 400mg deca for 8 weeks and 35mg tapered down to 15mg dbol a day for 5 weeks worked out to 200 tabs. then this summer i think i'm going to do a prop/eq/winny
 
It never ceases to amaze me that someone can ask for help with a summer cutting cycle, throws their stats in for perspective and everyone starts calling bullshit on them. WHO F*CKING CARES!!! I sure the hell don't. If someone wants to lie about their stats (and I don't think you are DrSize), then let them.

Want a cutting cycle for summer... try this...

Wk 1-10 50mg Winny/ED
Wk 1-10 400mg Eq/wk
Wk 1-8 300mg Test-Prop/wk

If you can't handle the clen, try adipo-kinetics or hyroxicut. It's better than nothing.

I know this looks like your cycle, but you don't need to run the Winny more than 10 wks and you definatly don't need to run the test for 12.

Make sure to start clomid on wk 11 with 300mg/day 1 and then 100mg/day for the rest of the first week. Followed by 50mg/day for the next 2 weeks. Also, either pick up some Arimidex and take 1/4 tab/day through wk 10 or have some Nolvadex on hand in case of gyno. Make sure to eat clean and do 45-60 mins of cardio 5x/wk and you'll cut up nice.

Amen Bro, nice work. No flame here. I'm a 6'5" guy with a 56" chest and 18.5 " arms , but I only come in at ~250. Of course, I have weak legs, so.... bottom line nice work. Keep it up.
