Is cardio HIT? Are you measuring your heart rate?
 
Nothing burns fat better than adding some muscle, you could throw some weight training in there, but maybe another time.....

Also 20min is just on the edge of good fat burning. You'd be doing yourself a favor by adding another 10-20 minutes. Nothing too serious but incline treadmill walking can do wonders.

If you are going to do cardio for 20 minutes then I would always do HIT. If it is just moderate then I would go atleast 30. 20 minutes of high intensity works the same for me as 45 minutes of moderate. Just my .02

Maybe pics this weekend, I'm feeling kinda bloated... :(

Thanks MA and Pits, I figured 20 mins at my heart rate was good enough since my cals are so low, but I'll add in more though just to see. I just re-did my diet, so now's a good time to test it out as well.
