Yup its normal bro.. Just get um both big enough to wear it doesnt matter... Use dumbells and hammer strength... I tore my labrium two years ago and after surgery my left side is soo much "tighter" than my right. I should have had them both fixed at the same time.. Just do slow reps and focus on squeezing those pecs... Try stretching as well.. Good Luck..
