OK. I'm taking the dive and have committed to writing at least once a day for as long as it takes me to reach my goal of:

220lbs
7%bf

History:

Was an avid weightlifter until massive accident that broke my back into 30 new pieces and complete hip fracture. Spent several weeks in top ortho hospital. Docs said I was one in about 20mil who would not need fusion or hip replacement and would probably make a full recovery (2003). At that time I was 6'1 195lbs/ 8% bf with a max bench of 275.

Today:

34 y/0
5' 10 (lost several inches)
225lbs
22% bf
last year before I got depressed (stopped working out, started smoking and eating more) I was 205 18% bf, but I hit a wall. Max bench was 325 though--which is more than I have ever lifted. I've never taken steroids-just OTC supps. Willing to try, just not sure how to go about doing so. I know this forum says Anabolic Steroid Cycle (journal) and I will start one once I research more, but I think I need to loose some of the chub first.

OK. I've stopped smoking for about 2 weeks now. I own the bodybugg which has helped me drop from 240 Jan 1 to 225 now. Planning a chest/back/leg/ arm& shoulder split. I have GERD which causes serious issues when trying to do crunches, but I have decided that will not stop me this time. I cannot do squats or lunges due to residual issues from accident.

My current training cycle is:

(pyramid up)

Mon: bench
incline db press
flys
dips
pec dec
30-40 min cardio

Wed:
Romanian DL
rack pulls
pull-ups
lat pulls
rows
abs
30-40 min cardio

Thurs:
DL
Leg press
leg extensions
calf press (using leg sled)

Fri:
delts (could use some ideas)
iso curls
hammer curls
ti-extensions
skull crushers
rev. pec dec
abs

Sat:
30 min cardio

Sun: rest


Meal plan I am using is 1800 cal day meal plan provided by bodybugg.

I am also running an ECA stack with Cytosport's fast twitch for preworkout.

sorry to hear about your accident. This is a great forum and a tom of good guys will give you info. probably right on holding off on aas. although, you should check with a doc before doing anything, it may help recovery. I think the 1800 calories maybe a little light. at your weight you probably need more like 2,500 plus if you aretrying to preserve muscle. Good luck with everything

Thanks for the reply. I've been looking at my daily I/O for calories and upped my meals to 2k a day which is an average of 800 cal deficit per day. I've included a 20% buffer on calorie intake just to make sure I'm not understating my calories. I'll keep an eye on the bf and if it looks like I am burning LBM I'll up my calories.


I am also trying Needto's OTC cutting stack:

1-6 diesilbolan 3 caps ed
1-6 tren tfo 3 caps ed
1-6 lipoflam 1 serving in the morning and 1 post work out
1-6 ai's cycle support

I'm also using Omega's stack with Amp2:

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME in the AM
* Full dose of Amplify02 for your Afternoon Lifting session

On Cardio and Legs Days:

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME in the AM
* 3-4 caps LIPOFLAME for your Cardio or Leg Workouts in the Afternoon.

On OFF days:

* 2 caps LipoStim3 + 1-2 caps LIPOFLAME
* 1 cap LipoStim3 with 2 caps LIPOFLAME Midday or at Lunch

Should I use any inhibitors for any of this?

I had an excellent workout today. My back is on fire (in a mostly good way). I had one twinge in my lower back during my Dl session (as I was moving into shrugs) so I stopped there, but moved on to other lifts.

FYI I practice strict form and get compliments from trainers at the gym. I've been through one major accident. I don't feel the need to jack up my body by jerking or employing other cheats.

Day 2 of dieselbol and tren. Still waiting for other shipment.

Another great day in the gym. Today was leg day and, as much as I have good genetics in my legs, I always hated leg days and only did them once a month. As I stated above, I can't do squats (or at least very little) and lunges due to accident, but I did warm up with some squats today (bar in front instead of in back which I was told takes some pressure off my compressed disks) with "ass to grass" I believe it's called :)

Leg press (full range of motion heels almost to my ass, but not completely locking out my knees at the top):

Whats up bro and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to start just about the same cycle next week:biggrin:but I plan on going with the beastdrol. Have you had any problems with taking everything. Im a little worried about adding the lipostim and amplify 02. Any problems??????Im currently taking the lipoflame and the shit kicks ass so I hope all is good. What are you taking for you liver????? Everyone is saying to be carefull with this so i hope you got your shit in check.... Anyways let me know whats up and again good luck............
 
Hi Omega, didn't want to say it outright, but the AGX stuff is what I am waiting on :(

Extreme, thanks for the encouragement. I think it's way to early to tell, but I have a very high tolerance for drugs to begin with. I'm not on the AGX stuff yet, but I have been on an EC stack for some time. Other than cycle support (Don't need to screw up my liver, etc.), I also take 5-htp which helps seretonin re uptake-- helps the receptors be a little more receptive to stimulants for a longer period so you don't get a huge crash at like week 3 (a little over simplified but that's what it boils down to and it does work). I also went back to get the beastadrol :) I'm doing more research, but I'm thinking of doing that with test e for first bulk cycle (just thoughts and haven't researched much yet.) I'm really into research...

Good news: I did get the go ahead from the wife to do what ever I want. "Just don't turn into a raging asshole" is what she said and then gave me a kiss as she walked out the door :)

I'm really looking forward to these next several months. I don't think I've been this excited to hit the gym hard since I broke my back in 03...

Shoulder and arm day today. I felt really good. Almost to good as I felt a little manic. I did manage to keep my focus while doing sets, but wanted to keep switching up. I think this is most likely due to not having a set arm routine before going. Now that I have it down, I don't think it will be a problem next week.

Hi Extreme. Thanks for holding me accountable. I had a 1/2 hour of cardio on Saturday and a 3 mile walk on Sunday. Spent the rest of the time working on diets and coordinating excersize schedules with my wife. My excitement has motivated her.

Got all of my measurements taken today. I'm up about 3 pounds, dropped 1% bf

My new workout schedule (same excersizes, but I needed to coordinate with wife's schedule)

Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun (with 45 min cardio on all days except Tuesday which will be a rest day)

Excellent. I just picked up my AGX stack and the Beastdrol, so it looks like I'm ready to burn it up!

Omega, for energy purposes, The AGX stack is a great alternative to the ECA stack I've been taking.

Good point. I did do a full hour of cardio yesterday (split into two half hour jogs). I also talked with my trainer friend and we modified my chest workout to remove the cable flyes and add dips because my tri's need some extra work. My lifts are failing at higher weights because my tri's are giving out. I'll be sticking with these lifts in this order. So:

Noticed I did some of these lifts out of order compaired to last week and forgot lat pulldowns. I changed the printout that I use so all future weeks will follow this same pattern with an addition of lat pulldowns at the end.
 
I'm not taking the beastdrol yet. I'm sticking with the dieselbolan and Tren for now. I think that it is helping. At least, I don't think I would have gotten back up to 365 on DL so fast. Last week my back twinged on 275. This week I was fine at 365. You could say it was muscle memory, but I don't think that explaines a 90lb gain in DL and 20lb gain in DB rows (per db) in one week. Hopefully next week will see me back to where I was before I stopped lifting weights last year. After that, it's all gravy.
 
What's up, bro. Sorry to hear about your accident. I know it's hard when you stop working out to get started again, but once you get back in the routine it's really addicting. How are you taking the diesel bolan. Do you spread it out throughout the day. I read on here one guy was taking two pre and two post workout and said he put on 7 pounds in a week. Just curios how yours is. I am gonna start mine in about a month. Thanks, and keep up the hard work.
 
Yesterday's workout sucked. I had to force myself into the gym and left after putting up 720 on leg sled and a couple sets of extensions.

Hey, I'm dropping 3 diesel's and 3 trens about an hour before my workout. Since starting a little over two weeks ago I've put on 4 pounds and dropped 2%bf. The AGX stuff is delivering on its promise fairly good too.

Sorry mates. Had a family emergency that took me to back country Alberta, Canada and didn't have a readily available internet connection.

Had my measurements taken today and thought I would summerize what has been going on. Since my last post, I increased my leg press to 800lbs, deadlift to 385lbs, bench to 255. Here are my before and current measurements

SO,
in 3 weeks, I lost 5lbs of fat gained 11 pounds of muscle. I also gained an inch in my forearm and lost a half inch in my waist and chest.

Strength-wise, I increased my bench from 185x5 to 255x5; Deadlift from 225x3 to 385x2; leg press from 500+/-x3 to 800 x3.

I'm back. Working hard. I'll do better keeping my journal up. So, I'm down to 18% bf, but I've increased my weight to 242 pounds. I'm lifting more than I ever have. I have maxed out the leg sled --around 20 plates-- and have started to work on single leg presses instead which, right now is at 275x6x2 (after regular leg workout). I put up 300lbs twice by myself (i.e. no spot) two days ago on my bench. 400lbs on deads...

Wow your getting some weight increase on those lift , and the drop in bf is good to hear .
