I feel so lethargic like im drunk.
Being sick and on cold and flu. Threw up in the shower from coughing and coz I been coughing so much , I coughed before and spat blood out. Lovely.
Not putting in Tren A tomorrow. Just gunna skip it until my body fights off this sickness. Tren just amplifying my uncomfortableness

So still a little crook almost over it. 1st session today in 10 days. Did a little shoulders and chest. Lifts were down . Didn’t record anything as I knew this would be the case.
Made sure I disinfected anything I touched

Tbol has kept some fullness present. Think I be ready in a couple days to put Tren back into play after it was a short lived 1 week on Ace before getting sick

as of tomorrow back on
500mg Test
400mg Eq
200mg Tren E (Swapped from Tren A for the moment) dose to move up to 300mg after couple weeks
