My New Workout

Ive been doing mainly hypertrophy for about a year I think.

My new work out is as follows:

Monday: Squat
Back Squats
Front Squats
Ham Curls x2
Wide Grip Pull Down
Close Grip Pull Downs


Thursday: Bench
Flat BB Press
Flat DB Press
Dips/Incline DB Press
Iso Tri Work 3x12

Friday: Deads
Dead lifts
Stiff Legged Deads
Upright Rows/Shoulder Pressing Motion super setted with 12 reps of Rear delt work
Assorted Curls 3x12

Every excersise I do 4 sets. (Unless already Stated)
Reps change weekly:
10, 10, 10, 10
10,10, 8 ,8
8, 8, 8, 8
8, 8, 6, 6
6, 6, 6, 6
Then restart.

This routine was suggested to me from a guy that does the same thing but with out the tri/bi work.
He does a 4 days split:
Mon: Squat Tues: Bench Thurs: Deads Fri: Bench

But I cant get in 4 days a week.
I only go the days I can.
He said for me just to do his way but do the day missed next week. But thatll mean I can only dead once a fornight and bench twice in 1 of the weeks, so I think my days are more benificial.
