is this a good work out.
i just got a bench and new weights from my uncle. its only about 100 lbs in weights inclusing the bar and dumbbells but its ok because im still a beginner.
i work out 1 muscle a day. i just started monday.
monday- chest. bench press 85lbs not much. but i still got sore the next day
tuesday-bicep curls 20 lbs. not sore the next day
wednesday- shoulders i did the exercise where you stand up and push the dumbells straight up like your benching with dumbells standing up. i only used 20 lbs in each hand. i didnt get sore the next day.
thrursday- triceps. i did the exercise where you hold the dumbel with both hands and lower it to your back and raise it to above your head. only used 20 lbs dumbels. i felt the burn but dont know if im sore i just did it an hour ago.
friday- i think im going to work my legs maybe squats or use the thing on the bench where u put your feet under the 2 legs pads and lift.
saturday- i might do back im not sure wat exercise im going to do for that.
