I just started this stack yesterday, i worked out for the first time in 2 weeks, i did shoulders and beasted them, felt great....

35 mins of cardio this morning on an empty stomach and no nausea or dizziness...thankk you thermo shred stack:D

Ill post my diet and my afternoon workout later on......take care guys!!

i agree, i swear in combination with my recent eating habits ive lost fat and got more vascular in 2 days, and my strength is close to where it was when i was on test/eq
 
i had got my sleeping patterns all out of whack, ran out of food, and then got the flu, so i stopped training for a bit to recover and get my stuff together
 
Tell me how those better bars work for you man in combo with your other shit. I use some similar stuff; N2KTS, GEAR, Thermolife C-BOL, Dx7, Big Blast, and Need2slin and I'd be like you to be my lab rat for better bars haha
 
Woke up this morning around 7:30
2 caps lipoflame
2 caps lipostim 3
3 caps unleashed

8:00- 35 mins of cardio on treadmill, walking, jogging, sprinting at diff intervals and inclines
-This was the only time ive ever been able to complete a cardio workout on an empty stomach and not feel dizzy and nauseous...i felt really good rather, i also get anxiety a lot off and on during the day and i felt great during and after my cardio session

-Imediately after cardio- 1 cap need2slin

30 mins later- protien shake with 2 scoops of elite whey protein, water, powerbutter, and 1 cup of oatmeal.....ate a bannana....1 cap Bridge, 1 cap vit c, 1 cap vit d 3, 1 cap omega 3s, 1 cap forged liver support

2.5 hours later- half a pound of chicken breast, 2 cups of brown whole grain rice, whey protein shake, hand full of walnuts, water

about 2 hours later- 2 caps lipoflame, 2 caps lipo stim

half hour later- 2 caps need2slin
30mins later- 4 egg omlete 2 whole 2 whites, with flank steak and a tiny sprinkle of cheese, 2 sweet potatoes

hour later- pre workout- needtokillthatshit, mixed with water and pomegranete juice, 1 cap lipo stim

workout.. i did chest and bis, the dbs at my school only go up to 80s so i have to improvise when doing db presses
-incline db presses...80's 1x12 reps, 80's with band attatched 1x10 reps, 80's with heaviest band attacthed 1x 7 reps
-incline db flies....30's 1x 15 reps, 70's 1x 8 reps, 80's 1x6 reps
My chest shoulders and tris were very pumped and felt great, i kept my chest workout short and intense for this week
Biceps.....barbell curls....65lbs 1x8 reps, 85lbs 1x8 reps, 105 lbs 1x5 reps, 135lbs 1x2 reps......not my strongest but felt good doing it
Hammer curls 50s 1x6 reps, 60s 1x6 reps
single arm db preacher curls 40's 2x 8 reps, 45s 2 x 6
superset single arm cable side hammer curls with seated cable preachers, dont remember weight, just to pump

My workout was great, i felt more pumped and shaped than ive ever felt....i had been on a test eq cycle awhile back and didnt feel this good nor did i look this good on it....im losing fat fast and getting more vascular while keeping my strength up...im very satisfied so far

Imediately after workout...1 cap need2slin
30 mins later- big blast shake, 1 pound of chicken breast, steamed broccoli, 1 vit c cap, 1 forged liver support, 1 cap bridge

30 mins ago, 3 caps zma, 3 caps unleashed, going to have aussie casein and powerbutter before i go to bed in about a half hour.......

LIFFALOT....sadly, i dont like raisins or cranberrys so i gave my better bars to a friend of mine, i feel like i just committed a sin but its the truth lol

I also got the same perception about fat loss......I had already a 5 and a half pack, and now after three days, I could swear I have a full 6 pack. But just 3 days?? I am very interested in the next week...:)
 
I'm glad we're all following each others logs! I lost 5 lbs In the first 3 days. Mostly you will lose alot of water weight at first! Two weeks later I was down 8 lbs. Your weight will fluctuate up and down, that's why some peep's experinence the bloat effect! Some people see this and give up. Need2slin has to be run at least for one month, the longer you run It the greater the results! If you follow my log I'll be running It for 2-3 months! Back to what I was saying. You will notice LBM Increase at a rapid pace even if your staying at the same weight, hence LBM. Vascularity and pumps should start Inreasing daily. I will continue to follow your guys logs and give any advice I can!
 
hey guys, sorry i havent been on to post in a couple days, heres how the weekend went...

Friday:
Calves: Barefoot
Smith machine standing calf raises...4 sets, 2 plates to failure, 3 plates to failure, 3 plates and a 10 to failure, rep range of 4 to 8
*Walked on tip toes in between every set, also while changing plates etc..... looked funny but destroys ur calves
Calve Raises on leg press...4 sets to failure with light weight only 25's, for sets of 30 to 35, rest pause for 3 seconds, then again to failure, rest pause again for 3 seconds, then again to failure.
*Stretched and flexed calves between every set as well as walking on toes...
Standing calve raises with 40 lb dbs...3 sets..... 1 set = 10 reps toes facing forward, 10 reps toes face outward, 10 reps toes facing inward.....
superset with my variation of a donkey calve raises...stand on back of incline bench on edge, lean forward onto bench and support chest..... body weight , 3 sets 100, 100, 110 reps

My calves are tiny but were worked to theyre absolute max, i got a huge pump and felt pretty good, and i never feel good when doing calves...
I was also able to get thru an entire ab circut for 3 sets after which i can never sum up the energy or will for.........


Saturday.....
Forearms, light tris, cardio
I dont usually do forearms as mine are already pretty large and take up most of my arm lol but id like to try to thicken my wrists and i felt good.


Forearms:
Behind the back barbell wrist curls 4 sets....135 for 15, 155 for 12, 185 for 5, 135 for 15
superset with single arm db tricep over head extensions 4 sets.....30lb db for 12, 35 lb db for 12, 40lb db for 10, 30 lb db for 15

Single arm reverse wrist cable curls...light weight, 15 to 35 lbs.....4 sets...10 to 20 reps
superset with single arm cable wrist curls, same weight as above.....heavy on last set

I had an enormous forearm pump as i normally always do when ever i do decide to work them, energy was good, felt great......

30 mins cardio outside on turf field:
jog/run/spring/walk according to comfort....cardio isnt my strongest point so i keep it to a moderate intensity so that im able to finish, this stack is def helping me get my cardio done with out the misery that accompanied it before lol......

I did abs and jogged for 30 mins today..sunday and felt good

Im much more vascular throughout the day and i seem to be leaning out a lot in my arms, my appetite and metabolism is beast mode rapid fire right now and i will start to post my meals through out the day again hopefully tommorrow if i have time.....hope all is well!
 
oh i forgot to mention, i got crazy niacin flush before my workout on saturday for the first time, i felt like i was on fire but it went away after about 20 mins, i think i took my second dose of lipo flame to close to the first and i took it with ntkts so i think my blood vessels must have just opened up way to fast
 
The N2KTS will give you that flush feeling. It really does help with energy in the gym! Looks like your doing good bro keep up the great work! I did'nt post this weekend either for i went to needto's and celerbrated his b-day! He's awseome, and we had a great time!
 
hey guys sorry i havent posted in a few days ive had tests and shit with school and stuff, ill be putting my workouts up for this week soon, i remember all of them....i just took some measurements randomly and ive lost an inch on my waist and gained a quarter of an inch on my calves and i feel and look better than ever and its only been 8 days.........cant wait for the weeks to come!!!! be back soon
