My man TITS are gone!!!

Just wanted everyone to know, for some reason this morning I noticed that my tits are no where as big as it was before!!!!!

I will have before and after pictures. I have been doing the whole different diet and excersise thing for 3 weeks.

I have so far lost 11lbs.

I am just happy.

Ian

Feels great to lose those bastards doesnt it?
Congrats bro.

What was your diet and excercise routine that produced these desirable effects?

No, I did not use Yoshi, but it's on order and it's on the way.

I am happy, it's not totally gone, but you can see a big difference.

My diet is nothing special, I have actually just been eating less and healthier. I have cut out sugers totally, meaning no candies, no sodas, no deserts, etc. My normal routine is to eat a large healthy breakfast and a semi good portion of a late lunch. I have not ate after 9pm and if I snack in between, it has only been fruits.

As for working out, I have been running 2 miles every morning and since last week, I have been lifting weights. I am lifting moderate weights, but doing reps until I can't do anymore.

I will have pictures later!!

Ian

Thanks Kid!

Actually, I just took some pictures. I am not all that impressed. I noticed difference in my 'man tits', my shoulders, and also my gut. The difference is not huge and tell you guys the truth, I am not that impressed after seeing the two pictures.

I am some what glad to know that I am at least making some progress. A desirable body don't come without hard work!

Give me some suggestions once I put the pictures up! I am trying to figure out how to do it right now.

Ian

Can you really see a difference? I am hoping I am not lying to myself. It's been 3 weeks, do you guys think the progress is good? or is it too slow?

Thanks!

Ian

your gonna start seeing alot of progress, within the next month or so. it is always more visible in the early stages, especially with a higher BF %. But I can definately tell bro, keep it up, and dont f*cking give up! :garza:

Thank you guys!

I am trying real hard, I don't want this to be another 'promise' that I break and unable to keep my word to myself.

Again, as I have said before, this forum has been one of the most helpful places I've been too! Thank you guys for all the kind words!!!

Ian

Yup, definitely smaller tits. And no I don't think it's going too slow at all... 11lbs in 3 weeks is a lot... a good pace to stick with. Keep it up.

OK, here the real question.

When I use to workout, especially during the first week or two, I would remember being VERY sore. I was sore to the point where I would walk around like Arnold and unable to bend my arms and all.

These past couple of weeks, I have been working out harder then I remembered in the past. The thing is, I don't feel the soreness that I did in the past. I am sore, but it's a good sore, where it's aching, but not hurting.

Why is this? Is it because I am not working out hard enough? Is it because I am eating better? Is it because I had a bad form in the past while working out? I am curious.

Again, thanks guys for the comments!!!

Ian

I know my bf count is pretty high. From just looking at the pictures, can someone give me a gusstimate on how much % bf I may have?

Thanks.

Ian

Soreness doesn't equate to muscle growth. Could be a build-up of LA, or that you were new to training. Alotta factors. Don't worry that you gotta be sore. And I'd say your BF% is between 20 and 25%, if I remember the pics right.
