Hi, Im just looking for some advice on my diet. Im about 10 weeks post cycle and im currently maintaining my weight of 210lbs at around 15% bf (im 5,10)
Ive been cycling clen\eca for the past 10 weeks 2 wks on\off and currently on eca.
After totaling this all up i counldnt believe how many carbs i was getting so i think i may have to reduce them, but the problem is im only just maintaining my weight right now and ive actually lost a bit (maybe water)
Anyway heres my diet,
6.50am
meal 1 100g oatmeal,500mlskim milk,1 scoop whey,1 tabl flax
759 cals 50g protein, 90g carbs, 10g fat
10.15am
meal 2 3 slices wholegrain bread, 100g roast beef, 300ml skim
milk, 1 scoop whey
773 cals 77g protein, 78.7g carbs, 14g fat
1.30pm
meal 3 3 slices wholegrain bread, 100g roast beef, 300ml skim
milk, 1 scoop whey
773 cals 77g protein, 78.7g carbs, 14g fat
4.15pm
meal 4 250g cottage cheese, 300ml skim milk, 1 scoop whey
495 cals 62.7g protein, 27.5 carbs, 13g fat
6.30pm
meal 5 2 chicken chargrills, 1lb boiled new potatoes
790 cals 44g protein, 100g carbs, 29g fat
8.30pm workout
10.00pm (post workout) nlarge 2 with water + 2 egg whites
700 cals 60g protein, 88g carbs, 5g fat
totals 4290 cals, 370g protein, 462g carbs, 85g fat
