Hey fellas. Just wanted to check in and see what you guys thought of my lifts and what I should attempt to max at. Im 6'4'' and change, at about 235lbs.
Flat Bench: 2 sets of 10 reps of 225lbs (right after warmups)
Deadlift: 3 reps of 375lbs (set #5)
Squat: 6 reps 355lbs (set #5)
Those are what I've done at my last sessions. What do you think I should max out at... and Ill give it a try!! (I havent maxed in about 6 months)
