I made a rock/metal cd to train to...I keep the volume low whie I train anyway. The other day my mom came out in the garage while I was lifting and said..."I understand how that music could get you pumped up. If you hate it as much as I do...it would definately get you mad just to have to listen to it." I laughed and so did she.
