My LGD-4033 log/review.

I would like to document my newest cycle with LGD-4033 as I dont mind being a guinea pig as for me personally the potential benefits are of greater value than the risk of taking such a substance, and others might be able to learn from my experience.

I've never done any AAS and my only SARM experience is with S-4, im currently finishing up a short cycle with it and it will only be taken into the first week of the LGD and i would imagine 1 week couldn't make a huge difference in the time span of a 8-week cycle.

I kinda failed at writing my first log of s-4, so I will try to make this log as good as possible.

Short background, I trained as a power lifter for a few years coming up from ages 16-19 and I ended up injuring 2 major joints one shortly after another which left me 100% disabled as far as weight training was concerned. 4 years later I've regained most of my health and Im ready to lift again, but this time im focusing mainly on bodybuilding instead of strength training.

I want to be strong and have a great body, but I dont want to do it at the expense of my joints, ive heard of the SARMS anabolic abilities in skeletal muscle as well as "joint healing" abilities, so for me these substances sound like miracles.

My diet
120g carbs (give or take) a day
140g protien (or more) a day
60g of fats (approx) a day

Plus 1 protein shake which equals about 1780 calories a day. For the past 2 weeks after counting the days calories at night before falling asleep I fall within the 1700-1800 range. Sometimes I eat less fat and more carbs and vice versa, but calorie range remains the same.

Right now Im 6 foot tall and I sit at 225 lbs about 20%bf which makes me about 180 lean. My current goal is to perform a recomp for 8 weeks.

I will be dosing my LGD-4033 as follows.

Days 1-3 2mg a day (w/50mg s-4)
Days 4-7 3mg a day (w/25mg s-4)
Week 2 3mg a day
Week 4 4mg a day
Week 5 5mg a day
Week 6 7mg a day
Week 7 9mg a day
Week 8 10mg a day

According to my math, one 30ml bottle at 10mg/ml this one bottle at these doses will be sufficient to last a full 8 weeks.

For pct I will be using
Test 180 ignite
Ageless Male
tamoxifen citrate

The reason i choose test 180 ignite is because its formula is very similar to hcgenerate but about half the price, and ageless male is another natty test booster i was given a bottle completely for free. And ive heard good things about nolvadex.

So far ive already gone through days 1-3 at 2mg a day, but i haven't worked out during this time period. So far I dont feel any different other than the diminishing effects from the S-4 that i have been tapering off of.

My ldg-4033 came from unique, since unique offers such low prices I decided it cant hurt to see if there products are any good. I dont represent them in any way, but i can help others save a few bucks by trying there products myself.
 
I am willing to answer questions about side effects ect. I will be getting bloodwork done after cycle test the strength of the suppression caused at this dose.

Dosed 25 mg s-4 and 3mg lgd-4033 in the morning, 40mg s-4 pre-workout.

Workout - 6 drop sets dumbbell curls, 4 supersets of shoulder press and pushups, 3x12 hammer curls, 3x10 skullcrushers

endurance is great, definitely a little stronger, virtually zero rest period in between sets, after workout recovery is quick.

Feeling great, no noticable sides yet.
 
Hey bro, just starting an LGD newb cycle myself, along with a log. I'll start mine in a week, but I'll be keeping an eye on yours as well. I also got mine from unique due to price, but from what I've heard they have a good reputation.

Dosed 3mg lgd-4033 in the morning and 50mg s-4 preworkout yesterday. Workout was great, full of energy and drive, strength and endurance is definitely up along with recovery. Sleep was of high quality, which is not common for me.

Today, dosed 3mg lgd and 25mg s-4 in the morning, Rest day today. No real side-effects at this point, will report again tomorrow.
 
Another 3mg lgd-4033, lowered s-4 dose to 25mg pre-workout, noticed a loss in endurance probably due to cutting the s-4 dose, recovery in between sets and strength is still excellent, did chest today. Sleep has been amazing, i haven't slept like this in years. Libido is also up.
 
Today I dosed another 3mg of LGD-4033 without any s-4. Leg workout was good but nothing special. Muscles look slightly fuller even in a fasted state such as today. Still not feeling ''on'' like I did with higher doses of s-4 which is slightly disappointing, but Im sure this stuff just takes longer to receive the full effect. No negative side-effects that are noticeable, balls still full and plump, and my dong hangs lower than normal with fuller longer lasting erections(which never hurts).
 
For the past 2 days, I've been dosing 3.5mg a day. I looked in the mirror this morning and I noticed my nipples look a little more fatty around the edges. I might just be paranoid but i immediately thought this could be the early stages of gyno. This scared the crap out of me so I hurried up and bought some tamoxifen citrate. Ive read it could even help muild muscle on cycle so even if I dont have gyno it cant hurt my gains.

My nipples arent swollen and i dont feel any sort of lump behind them and there not really sensitive either, but still look more puffy than normal.

Other than that im very happy with lgd this far, this stuff is real. I can wait to unlock the full potential of this stuff later on.
 
Well, its about 8 hours later, my nipples still look slightly puffy but they no longer look like bitch tits, maybe i was just freaking out. Also, I remembered at the time I thought I might have been in the early stages of gyno I noticed I havent taken todays dose, so i dosed another 3.5mg and I took a nap. Maybe it happened because I the concentrations of lgd in my system were at there lowest in 2 weeks, maybe allowing more estrogenic side effects. Its a huge guess but it makes since that a few hours after taking more lgd the puffiness goes away (slightly). Anyways I have tamoxifen arriving in a few days.

Not sure if it would help better to take it on cycle or pct, im probably going to keep and wait to see if more symptoms develop like soreness

Yesterday and Today 3mg lgd-4033 in the morning, 1mg preworkout for 4mg a day the past too days. Literally no noticable side effects a at 3mg+ a day so far. Ive been making some serious gains, not too much in the strength area, but in the mirror. I will have to take the time to figure out how to post pic's. Not even two weeks and im already thrilled.

LGD definitely doesn't offer the same type of endurance/cardio/strength improvements as s-4 (at least not yet at this dosage) but the mirror speaks for itself. Mental focus and drive during workout has shown improvement, and my sleep has been better than ever, im sleeping like I did when I was a teenager, lots of energy during the day.

Yesterday I absolutely killed my shoulder workout, today I did some light cardio combined with push ups. I feel like im losing bodyfat while lean mass is increasing. I have really cleaned up my diet lately, which might be having just as big an impact on my progress as the SARMS themselves.

Libido is slightly lower than normal, my girlfriend looks less attractive lol. Cock and balls still hang low and seem fuller than ever.

EDIT: Puffy nipples, not sure if its really gyno but im starting to think its not. It seems to come and go, at times my nipples are sharp enough to cut glass with round hard looking pec's, other times nipples look fatty and more bloated like than puffy, if that makes any sense. Maybe my estrogen levels are rising and falling throughout the day.

Puffy nips can be a sign of water retention, it's not always gyno. Some liquidex should knock it out pretty easy. Log is looking good. LGD is an awesome sarm
 
Worked out back and abs today, ive neglected back for a week or 2 and I cant remember the last time I focused on abs particularly, but I was surprised by the number of sets I was able to fully complete on each exercise. You know how when you get tired and you struggle to push out that last rep using bad form while working to failure, that didnt happen at all. I had the strength to work to failure using perfect form on every rep (no exaggeration) except dumbbell rows, coming off a bad shoulder injury my right shoulder is slightly lagging, left shoulder kept pretty much perfect form from start to finish until I literally couldn't raise the weight anymore. I didnt even know this was physically possible.

Other than that my workout today really wasnt impressive at all, intensity felt really weak despite putting in a very high effort. If Im not sore tomorrow I will incorporate some more back work into my leg day just for good measure. My workout today felt more mentally exhausting than physical. Not something I am used too.

Today I tried sublingual administration 3mg of lgd-4033, held it under my tongue for roughly 5-7 minutes before swallowing. I swished my mouth with water to make sure I got 100% of the liquid as I would hate to waste any bit of it. Anyways, a little over an hour after administration I was working and I felt straight up weird, I knew something was different. Ive never really felt "on" since I started the Lgd, I think i passed that barrier today. I felt great and full of energy despite a getting horrible sleep last night. I was a lot more social at work and was full of confidence. Maybe it was just a good day.

Im not sure if it really takes this long for the lgd to really kick in or if using it sublingually increased the concentration of the compound in my rats bloodstream, but I wont be changing anything that isnt broken so I will be administering under the tongue from now on. Its too early to draw any conclusions, so I will repeat this tomorrow and see if I get the same results.
 
I just read up on thunderwands log, lots of bros including dylan suggested he use 10mg a day. Im roughly 2 weeks in and ive been steady at 3mg a day. Even though I was happy with what ive seen thus far using lgd, knowing that I could have been dosing much higher upsets me cause I could have been seeing greater gains by now. Anyways im changing up the dosing protocol. Im ordering more and going up 1mg per day starting tomorrow until I reach 10mg daily unless I notice some dramatic side effects. So ill be up to 10mg a day by week 3 and I will continue this for at 12 weeks instead of 8.
 
Dosing has changed, by week 3 I will be running for 10mg a day for up to 12 weeks instead of 8. I decided I want to unlock the full potential of this SARM, hopefully this dose will give me results similar to a mild AAS. For my first cycle of anything ever, Im expecting big results.
 
Up to 10mg a day now, after going up 1mg a day from 5mg ive noticed no real negative sides except for some slight bloat. Im sleeping much better than before. I used to drink 5-7 cups of coffee a day just to stay awake, now I dont even have the desire to drink coffee and my energy is great, great pumps too.

I used to have a lot of bladder pain and pain urinating in the mornings and these past few weeks Ive had no pain at all. And Ive had bladder pain (not sure if its even my bladder) for the past 2 years.
 
Great log, it's interesting to see how these sarms can effect people differently. I'm barely 2 weeks in and have been dosing up to 3mg's, but I've had some of the best lifts ever lately. I went directly up to 5mg and will be working up to 10mg per everyones advice, so we'll see if that multiplies the effect.

Drop me a line on my log if you start to notice any twitching during your workouts once you've gotten to higher doses. I'm curious if anyone has experienced similar sides.
 
run the forma just to keep E at a constant low/mild level.

the nolva save for pct, but if your really freaking out take 20mg for 5-7 days and it will knock out anything that may have developed.

Nah I went with unique for the LGD. Haven't touched this log in a while due to me changing jobs and my whole schedule being flipped upside down. So far i have been in a weekly calorie deficit and I have been able to make visible gains in muscle mass while losing bf at a pretty decent rate.

I dropped the dose down to 7mg ed just so I can stretch my supply long enough for my gear to arrive. My dick stopped getting hard for the past 2 weeks, I think its safe to assume my natural test has dropped....greatly. I can feel it, mentally I dont have that same 'edge' I remember having. Anyways only temporary.

As far as twitching goes, I think I know what you are talking about. When I practice my poses in the mirror i cant flex for longer than a few seconds before my body spazes out and I am pretty much forced to stop flexing. And my joints feel better than ever which have always been an issue for me [unrelated to possible twitching sides].

This stuff is good, but natty test being lowered without any outside test coming in really sucks. Maybe I shouldn't have upped the dose so high. Taking Nolvadex for a week made my dick hard again, and I looked really lean and dry, but a day after I stopped the nolva so did the bloodflow to the man downstairs.

Great log... thanks for taking the time to post and keep us all informed.

I've been using Ligandrol for just on 2 weeks now and have seen mild gains @ 5mg ED. I've also been using Mod-GRF + Ipam + TB-500 for the past 2 months, so it's a bit hard to tell what's doing what.

I'm keeping a log and will post it when I'm done with my 12 week LGD cycle. I'll also post blood work results.

I will also be doing a quick write up on my experience with TB-500, which I reckon is a wonder drug for anyone with an injury that just won't go away.

Ok, so as of right now I have finished 8 weeks of LGD, and its time for the review which should be posted on the first page of this log. Anyways its been 4 days off the LGD and after the second day I definitely lost some water weight although the scale didn't change much. My arms appeared slightly deflated in the mirror but other than that I looked about the same. I previously mentioned I felt like I was shut down as my libido was completely destroyed for over 2 weeks. Well 4 days out and my libido is back and strong too, and I feel better mentally as well (my confidence also took a small hit) and I just felt 'weird' overall, hard to explain. But now I feel much better. Its important to know the last week of the LGD cycle I took nolva 10 ed for like 5 days , and after one day of the nolva my libido came back slightly, but not by much. Now a week later and a combination of nolva, natural test boosters, GW-501516, DAA, and all the regular supplements like multi-v, fish oils, testofun fungreek extract (for libido) and I feel great. My dick went from completely shrunken and 0 blood flow, to very full and powerful erections.
 
Im no scientist but id bet my left nut (no pun intended) my test is back in the normal range which means recovery is quick, for libido at least. No way to really know without blood work. Anyways this stuff did NOT give the results I expected, but I would still be more than happy to run another cycle again. If I did it would be at like 15mg ed. Not what I expected, but still great results. Gained some lean muscle mass while eating in a caloric deficit which is really hard without chemical enhancement.
 
Ok so my impression of LGD after an 12 week cycle cut a little short was mostly good.

I was mainly looking to preform a recomp but I pretty much just ended up dropping a ton of bodyfat. As far as strength increases are concerned this stuff is like a popeye's spinach in a bottle.

As far as size is concerned, I ate in a caloric deficit the entire cycle so I didnt gain much in this area although I clearly gotten bigger in some areas such as my forearms, shoulders and back. Other than that my number on the scale consistently dropped so there is no telling how much lean mass I gained, if I estimated, no more than 4 lbs if that much.

Unlike s-4, GW, and Osta, it didnt make a huge difference in the endurance department but I did feel like I worked harder than normal which is most likely because I knew I was taking something. I would imagine this stuff would be most beneficial for bulking, or lean bulking. I did retain water using it so if I ever used it again I would definitely supplement with creatine for greater results which is something I didnt do.

Ive never done AAS or a real ph cycle so I have nothing to compare this too except natural training. If I did the exact same regimen and diet without the LGD im sure I would have lost quite a bit of muscle trying to lean out. The greatest effect I noticed personally is I was able to keep a large portion of my lean mass while cutting calories significantly and I still had a ton of energy throughout the day and for my workouts.

I also had a feeling that these SARMS were complete bullshit which is the main reason I decided to write this log, because I seen it being promoted in a lot of places being compared to AAS. The main reason I wrote this is to help keep guys from getting ripped off and I was willing to take that risk as the possible rewards were worth it to me.
 
Thanks SuperBronco, I'm not exactly a fan of SARMS either. I think it's complete BS as well but I've seen guys here claim they worked very well for them. As for prohormones, IMO just use real gear... safer and much more effective IMO.

What results were you expecting? I'm in week 8 @ 10mg ED and going to go for another month.

Compared to the SARMs triple stack, which I ran for 12 weeks, I'd say LGD alone is on par in every regard. However, I'm eating at maintenance cals and with 40-50% coming from protein. I didn't catch you're height and weight but at 1700-1800 cals a day while training and assuming this isn't a women logging, you should thank the heavens you still have the musculature to use a keyboard and log this stuff. Lol I’m not even sure how you could keep your cals that low since one of the first things I noticed when I started LGD is that my hunger skyrocketed. In the beginning I was actually waking up an hour or 2 earlier than usual on my own because I was frigging starving. That probably hasn't happened to me since my puberty or growth spurt days

The fact that you said you hung onto muscle and even gained some while eating that few cals and training, is pretty amazing.
 
Honestly i think i just have a really low metabolic rate, so i can get away with eating really low carb/calorie diets and still do well on a cut. Right now im eating even lower 1600 calories a day with 50-60% coming from protien and cycling my carbs every 2 days (150g carbs a day or lower for 2 days then a carb refeed of up to 275-depending on how much meat i feel like eating (i hit 1600 calories no matter what cause anything lower is obviously crazy). And im still putting on muscle as we speak, on week 13 of my cycle and i have 1 more week to go. I did 8 weeks of lgd at a moderate dosage, only went up to 10mg ed for the last few weeks. Started with 1mg, then 3 then 5. Im now on orals and my results in 4-5 weeks is dramatically different compared to the LGD. LGD i know did a lot more for me but i ran it much longer, the results were great but much slower. Ive gained noticeable muscle while the scale has remained the same in the past 5 weeks. Im still 190, but im bigger at 190 now than i was when i got there using the LGD. Is also note worthy that i lost over 50 lbs of fat since ive started my cycle in these past weeks. I have pictures on EF but they are from at least a month ago, my computer is broken and im doing this from my phone but if your interested i can prove my progress with pics.

Pretty much, lgd helped me keep a very reasonable amount of muscle while barely eating. Thats what it was designed for anyways, to prevent muscle wasting which is probably its most effective use (although ive noticed other great effects while taking it, pain / joint relief) as well as an undiagnosed problem i had urinating. Very painful i couldn't go when i needed too, waking up in the middle of the night, urinating 2-3 times during sleeping hours and in the day time i could never feel when i had to go. I think it had something to do with my prostate idk never seen a doctor for it but around week 3 LGD 3mg ed the pain went away, i urinate normally again (for the most part) i go during the daytime and i almost never wake up at night to go, and its been 5 weeks off the LGD and my bladder still feels great. I had these problems for over 2 years un treated and 3 weeks later of LGD it magically goes away. It sounds crazy and weird but it happened.

As far as SARMS being complete bs i wouldn't go thst far. Ive tried the cheapest of the cheapest S-4 and that stuff is real! As long as you can put up with the side effects the muscle hardening and thermogenic properties of S-4 beats ANY over the counter supplements by far. And i only used it for 17 days. Im going to go for a much longer, lower dosed S-4 cycle my next run. You cant go wrong at $20 a bottle if its underdosed or not. But you get what you pay for to each his own.

Sorry to drag up an old post but I've been researching SARMS, just ordered 3 bottles of 2866 from SARMS1!!! Just making sure this wasn't a type-0..... you lost 50lbs and gained about 4lbs LBM????
