I trained with some guys who had one of these. I had to pack the bloody holes in my shins with chalk so i wouldn't bleed all over their platform lol.

Who cares that the tricep is 2/3 of the mass of the arm, chicks dig bi's.
For assistance work I'll do wrist curls too.
Hopefully there is a 5x5 calculator of all this stuff.

Go with the 21's for your bis. That will blow them up.
Maybe you should bench in the smith too. It will isolate your pecks. Your tris will get plenty of work from kickbacks. There's no reason to train them directly.
you sound like you know what your takling about could you give me a good ab routine im 20% bf and need to tone that stomach area up, i was thinking knee raises but then wasnt sure whether to switch it up and keep the muscle guessing with double crunches?

lol theres some guys at my gym who use a back pad for squatting, only time it hurts my back is on widowmaker squats. Hey im making an effort to do those complexes after every workout now! hopefully Ill do 10mins stationary bike, 5 complexes then 15mins outdoor cycling as my post workout cardio for now, 3-4 times a week

Then he asked why we had chains on our bar.

gus at my gym do that too they say smith is best because in a squat the bar should move in a straight line, the smith makes sure it does. I never know what to say back...
