My joints hurt

Ouch.

Tbol/Test/Primo. Haven't added the Mast yet. What is the most likely culprit? And how to fix the joint pain? I am not adding Deca, so don't offer that as a solution. No more steroids in my gigantic cycle.

Good question moya. Excess AI (s) will do it for some of us.
Actually I am gonna say Deca. But you really dont need much of it at all.
If you get crazy and do it try around 150mg/week. With that small dose you should not have sides to speak of and that is enough to work for me.
Good luck and keep us posted.

too much anti-As will dry you out and possibly cause joint pain. also, are you taking any type of chondroitin to lubricate your joints? ...just a few ideas

I am NOT suseptible to bloat or most estro sides, so I hardly ever use an AI. I have arimidex on hand, but I can't remember the last time I actually used it. So this has to be something else??

poor form when lifting, lack of omega's in your diet. many americans do not get ANY omega 3 acids!! in fact you can actually be eating things that make inflammation worse.. i know someone who plays tennis and had knee issues, i bought her a bottle of fish oil and the problem was cured

Fish: Atlantic salmon, herring, sardines, halibut, bluefish, tuna and mackerel
Plants: Good sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) -- the plant-based omega-3 -- are canola oil; flaxseed and flaxseed oil; walnuts; and leafy, green vegetables, such as purslane. Enhanced food: In the United States, these include omega-3 enriched eggs

also krill oil as a supplement

stay away from processed foods and dairy

Running the same cycle it'll subside I had real bad wrist pain and cracking and it went away when I got off the tbol... mast and primo is very smooth specially together they aren't the culprit :)

I should have picked "Mr. Injury" as my forum name. I'm all banged up (75% is not lifting related). Here's what I do:
Glucosamine/chondroitin is cheap and you'll mainly notice it when you STOP taking it.

I find fish oil to be reletively dramatic. Fish oil is just a must have for every human. Get the cheap shit and eat it like it's free.

MSM has really helped alot of people. I take it just because I can, but haven't got any epic tales about it.

Naproxen Sodium can be a daily assist for getting through your workouts. It reduces swelling.

Flexibility training can truly cure whatever your aches may be It doesnt just help your body, it helps your state of mind as well. For me, stretching and fish oil are the 2 heaviest hitters.

Hope you feel better.

Thank you!

And thanks to everyone else who posted. I went and bought everything already! God - I had to quit mid workout today. I couldn't even unrack the weights, the 45s felt like they would rip my arms off. It was terrible. This is worse than tren.

I susprect the Tbol. Drink lots of water, also in addition to joint support take ALA and add 1/4 pack of jello every day to your shakes.(if you're in a hurry)

Shark Cartilage, Bell Shark Cartilage, Bell Shark Cartilage for Joint Relief

I can not LIVE without this stuff.. seriously... it's AMAZING for joint pain... but it's GOTTA be the Bell's brand... REALLY good stuff... take 12/day... for 3 bottles... and if the pain isn't gone.. they'll give you a refund... I used it @ 4/day for prevention... it rocks!

My mother swears by this stuff, but then she was born before Moses. ;)

I like the Chicken Sternum (Collagen) as it's cheaper and seems to do the job. I stopped taking it for a while and I'm really starting to stiffen up. Glicosamine doesn't seem to do much for me, but I take it anyway. Devil's Claw is also good, but it's hard on the guts. Currcumin (Turmeric) is another good one or you could just eat lots of Curry. I think there's a small does of Curcumin in N2Guard.

Forgot I also take alpha lipoic acid. +1 on that, plus, it can lower your blood sugar, if you're into the whole ketogenic thing. It supposedly helps your liver, too.

what is that exactly? i clicked that link and it only gives testimonials.

It's Shark Cartilage... No sharks are harmed though to get it.. they use restaurant byproduct to produce it... amazing stuff...

Yea... it helps for tendinitis for sure... I have/had it in both shoulders, and it's honestly pretty well GONE... :D The shit is amazing.. for real... I had a buddy that was supposed to have knee surgery... he took this stuff, and he's good to go! As long as he takes 4 caps a day maintenance.. :)

ah shit it's back I woke up this morning sore everywhere and everything was popping wtf?

i take krill ts from orbit there everyday. althoug i just bought the last of his stock till more comes in lol. i get bad joints and krill works phenomenally. shit from your local health food store is like 75 bux tho. krill ts is like 18 bones
