My house (and ass) almost exploded last night!!!

If anybody would have lit a match...BAM there goes my crib!!! I was ripping off some NASTY ass protein farts....even for me My girl was like "DAMN, quit doing that shit or go outside!!" I had to spray air freshner and open a window a few times. The shit was so rank that after I farted, it would follow me around the house..LOL I guess it's from the new protein I started taking this weekend....gotta let my system get used to it.

Really? I have never used anything like that. Does it help?

Well, not so much once you already have it, but if I start taking it once I get gas, it goes away sooner. Just take a couple a day for a couple of days (no more than the recommended doseages) I have a couple of the gel capsules and they seem to work okay.

Find a different protien. Tuna fish did that to me with a vengeance. I would be at work and have to get up and go walk around farting the whole way - leaving a vapor trail.
