My High Calorie Weight Gain Drink Post #1

I was hoping if you guys could help me out with this and let me know if it's appropriate for bulking.

2cups vanilla icecream
4tablespoons Peanut butter
3egg whites
750ml 2%milk
chocolate syrup
2scoops Glycerlean

I'm using this drink now to replace ABB's XXL weight gainer as it's burning up my pocketbook. I would enjoy any comments on this drink good or bad, greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
I plan to drink it around 3 four times a day, 2 post workout and two spaced out before. I'm an ectomorph for sure witht the metabolism of a race horse and I'm down with the philosophy of eat everything to get big, its always easier to burn fat than to add muscle.
 
well it may be good for an ectomorph. I wouldn't do the raw egg whites though since I'm sure you wouldn't like to get sick from them. You could add a Tbspn of Flax seed oil, I love the stuff, I use Udo choice...it taste great, kinda nutty. I put it in all my protein shakes.
 
You might want to try adding some protein powder to it.

Oh yeah, and ditch the raw egg white unless the idea of salmonella appeals to you.

i have to agree, dnt use the eggs. it sounds high in calories but way to high in fat. what does it come out to? i can mix ice, 3 cups of fat free milk, one cup of ice cream, two large scoops of chocolate muscle milk and a little honey in a blender for an awesome shake. its 1000 calories and 80 grams of protein, and the fat is fairly low.
 
i ve been eating 6 egg white a day mixed into shakes for the last 2 yrs or so. Never had any problems! makes protein shakes nice and fluffy
 
Here's another drink that you may want to try, 1 cup melted lard, 1 bag m&m's, 6 twinkies, 7 egg yolks throw the whites away, not enough calories from fat. Blend all ingredients untill fluffy, enjoy. This should help you to achieve your goal of becomming a shapless fat slob, just as fast as your own weight gainer drink.:D

PE Weight Gainer (320 cal, 24g of protein)

Mixed all tougether, its roughly 1910 calories and 110g's or protein. Whatcha think?

I think that both of you guys miss the point, yes to get big you need to consume extra calories, but these calories should still be clean. Not just a bunch of calories from fat and sugar. Remember you can't flex fat:) A large lean steak and a few baked spuds would help you reach your goal better.

1/2 glass of 1% milk
1 packet oatmeal
1 Ice cube

Sometimes I'll throw in some yogurt, but this is what I usually do/ It has worked very well for me.

This looks like a good quality shake a lot of calories, but packed with nutrition as well, myself I would use a little less peanut butter, or sub it with flax oil.:)

But if/when the day comes when you do get salmonella, can't eat for a week, and lose 20 pounds, will it be worth it then?
 
had cryptospiridium poisoning and lost 15 lbs in 3 days. Iwas on the oilet for at least 15 min of every our, including when I should have been sleping. All from bad h2o -:(
 
By the way, all you raw egg eaters, raw eggs contain a binding substance that impedes the absorbtion process of the protein contained in them. Your body does not digest the majority of raw egg protein.:)
