My Helladrol CKD shred log

Last day today, time to recover.
Unfortunately I didn't get any results with 2 days of ripper freak diuretic I'm pretty sure the helladrol is fighting it so I've stopped wasting it.
Last day pic, I'm happy with the results. Not going to be rushing into any future cycles yet but I do want to try beast out once.
