Ok, I've never had a problem with my grip as far as deadlifts go or anything else. I've never really trained it seperately but always thought I had a decent grip. Recently I decided I wanted to start training it. So I thought i'd order Captains of Crush Gripper #1. I thought this being the #1 would be fairly easy for me to close...NO...I can't close it, i get about 1/2 in away from closing it. I was just wondering if someone could set me up with a good grip training program. Also, should I order the Trainer?
