My girlfriend needs your advice

My girl works out 3-5 days a week mostly running and with a bowflex. She eats very well and is in great shape but as always genetics play a big role. She wants to take something to tone up and lose fat that wont go away with exercise. I thought of clen, superclen, yohimburn, ect......

What do you guys think would be most effective for her to lose a little weight and tone with??

Thanks:( :( :(

I would say ditch the boflex (i had one, they suck), start usin free weights, clean up the diet, and when everything is set in place use some ECA and clen (2 weeks on/ two weeks off alternating clen/eca).

BTW - I'd give the clen/nyc (norephedrine/yohimbine/caffeine) 2 week switch a try, with conservative dosing of course, and try the yohimburn as well, I would guess that combo would work very well for her.

Yeah, get her booty on the women's board so we can "play" with her :) We will get her going in the right direction :)

dont give her superclen, according to ** its to GAIN MASS, the ketofien is given to aids patient so they get hungry, and superclen has a significant amount of it.
he sells clen to just gotta ask him
ur better of doing clen, t3, and hydroxycut. dont do ECA stack, its not as effective as others

I would think fat burners are out of the question as women are prone to heart conditions later in life and we all know that thermogenics are no good for the heart. I would say if she stepped up her protein intake and laid off the carbs and saturated fats she would reach her desired results.

WOMEN???? are prone to heart conditions.. other way around MEN are prone to heart conditions.

thermogenics are not all CNS stimulants... many have little or no effect on the heart at all... take capsicum- it is thermogenic, but has no beta agonist properties.

Likewise, yohimbine is a alpha blocker with limited CNS effects- indirect due to increased NE levels.

btw- caffiene, the most widely consumed drug, is a thermogenic and has strong CNS properties as well....

She runs about 3-4 days a week for an hour on a treadmill as well as using the bowflex. As far as the protein intake, thats all she eats, she is a very dedicated person, just inhibited by genitics. She had never heard of half of this shit, Clen, yohimburn, ect....until We met. She doesnt want to be big, but she has damn good potential for bodybuilding (very good muscle size and tone in legs and calvs) Anyways, I guess Ill try some of the stuff in the posts above.

Thanks

Ummm.... hydroxycut is an ECA stack

Free weights

Proper training

Diet

Rest

Clen yes, 21 days on with cardio, 7 off
21 days on, 7 off etc......

Use spiorpent (sp) clen

She could decrease her BF by increasing her muscle mass, maybe a few months on anavar or primo

Also a chick at my gym who was about 30lbs overweight now looks awesome,

Trains great, clean diet etc but also did a mild dnp cycle and has been on gear and growth for the last year. The growth has help her the most.

As far as the protein intake, thats all she eats,

Stats would help -- also is she eating a good balanced diet? Protein is important but its only part of the equation -- good quality fats are critical as well. Flax seed oil / Udo's Choice. Also to lean out carb cycling seems to have gotten a lot of results. Check some of the posts on the Women's board. Personally speaking, alot of the ECAs and shit just made me buzz hard. I can train w/ or w/o them. But diet, lifting muthafuckin hard and the right amount of cardio will do wonders. Also if she is doing clean diet, etc. but is stuck at a plateau and not moving forward (dropping bf) try modifying the regimen a little. Diet is still 70%!

clen, cynomel, anavar, and GH at 3ius

Don't even go there unless she TOTALLY understands what those are and what the implications are for her as a female wanting to pursue AS. If that's what she wants then get her on these boards NOW and spend LOTS of time searching. There's LOTS of info on the women's board about this. Personally I think if she hasn't explored the full potential of good diet, training & cardio, then she has no business looking at this stuff.

As I said in my previous post, post her stats, diet & training regimen. There are probably places where these can be tweaked to get better results. The other purpose is to get her more educated on diet & training. Even w/ the above chemical assistance, diet & training are still necessary. I was able to go from 158 at 16% bf down to 133 lb and 8% (for a comp) in 16 weeks w/ nothing but alpha lipoic acid, 1 ripped fuel before my workouts, the addition of morning cardio on an empty stomach and lifting like a mofo - and of course, clean diet. The diet was modifed on a 1-3 week basis, ultimately relying on carb rotation and supplementation with flax seed oil to produce body fat loss.

I tried clen and felt like shit while I was doing it. Headaches, constant border-line panic feeling. Start w/ ECA if she wants to try something. Some people can't even handle that. No point diving right into chemical assistance if you don't have a good understanding of the basics. Diet, training & cardio will get the best, longest term results.

One note about female bodyfat - some of it is related to production of estrogen - sometimes women retain bodyfat when they go on birth control. For competition, many women will opt for some non-chemical b/c such as an IUD instead of dealing with the hormone stuff. They may also pursue use of nolvadex or some other anti-estrogen. However in some cases it has been shown to actually increase bodyfat. What I'm saying here is that sometimes that last annoying fat in the ol' hips & thighs is the result of a higher concentration of fat cells in those areas - if you are dropping bf, you will drop it proportionally and those areas will be the last hold out. Either continue dropping bodyfat by training / cardio / diet (or the listed chemical aids) or lipo.
