See, now I think it's inappropriate to tell your s/o to "not tell her mom" like you're some sort of 10-year old afraid of getting in trouble. Don't presume to get in between the relationship with a mother and daughter, it's a mistake. Women feel differently about their moms than guys do, and you have no right to tell her what to confide or not to her mom.
