My future will suck when my mom passes away

I have a sister who is blind and handicapped a little, she can walk though. I also have a brother brain damaged from an accident. I have to take care of them both if my mom passes away.
My dad was a vietnam vet who was a navy sealsman who pretty much died an alcoholic and was homeless at times during the past 5 years. He died a year ago. My relatives are rich , dont care, wont help me. But when something happens to them they expect us to run.
I will not put them in any home and they will both go pysho

but she is ill , i had to take her to the emergency room at 2 in the morning with heart trouble , it was something with the esophagus though. My grandparents are still alive, mid 90's. Farmers all there lives
