My friends pulse rate is around the 100 mark rested, he is not currently taking any aas and never has. When we were training last night we had a look to see what it had jumped too and it was 130. His BP is quite good just a racy pulse. He is not super overweight or anything. Hes 24 years old. Is it dangerous letting your plse climb up too 130? Were only doing weights at this stage no cardio because im concerned about pushing him to hard.
