I know i need leg work but i have a bone chip mixed in with all my knee tendons that prevents me from doing really heavy squating. Im considering surgery

Your delts are fucking insane. I would work on your traps and focus on squezzing during your back movements. Your tri's could use some more work also. Good job!
delts are just fine man... there obviously maybe a little over developped... but only shows on that back double bicep pic... they over shadow your back... that's why they seem so huge...
like you said... work the traps for a while on shoulders, and kill that back man... you're gonna be a huge mofo !
