My first (D-bol) cyle updates.........

4 weeks into my cycle and I've went from 195 to 210lbs. My bench has went up 70lbs. From what everyone says my upper body has blown up.
I've gained an inch and 1/2 on my arms. I've really been giving it my all 5 days a week. Man I can see why this can get addictive.
I am taking d-bol and winstrol, I am fixing to start taking nova to get my water weight down. 4 weeks into this? I can't wait to see at week 12.

You are going 12 weeks on TWO ORALS?? Im planning on going 8, maybe 10 if the gains keep coming, but most guys will tell you 12 weeks is a little excessive for your liver. Congrats on the gains though, theres no better feeling than watching yourself blow up.

You should cut the dbol at 6weeks. If you want to get rid of water you need to get armidex.
 
i wouldn,t recomend doing d-bol for your entire cycle,you have the gains now but if your just using d-bol and winnies your gonna wither away withih a few weeks after,and yes your liver will just be begging for some detoxification
 
really??? That was the plan recommeded. I thought it would be alright. This is what I'm doing. I also am taking milk thistle.

1 3 tabs/day 1.5 tabs/day

For starters there is really no need to pyramid like that, unless your new to the substance and are gauging tolerance. That really is too long to run oral in my opinion, especially 2. I would end it at 10 weeks at the absolute latest, and probably would go for 8, 12 is flirting with the devil and he's only fun to play with for a little bit then shit goes downhill.

Get some Tyler's Liver Detox...it'll be alot better for your liver than Milk Thistle. It's at the AF Store:

you should never run an oral over 8 weeks, especially 2 of them
i would cut it off around 6-8 weeks

like ruckstar said, there is NO need to pyramid like that

man you better be eating the Milk Thistle and/or Tyler's Liver Detox, preferable Tylers, i hear its a lot better

ok, maybe I should cut it back. It was recomended from more than one place.
Thanks for the advice! (I'll cut it to 8 weeks.) Next cyle i'll try injections.

How long should I wait before trying another cycle???
 
You'll probably start feeling (at least) kidney pains...make sure you also have some cranberry extract handy to go with the Tyler's/Milk Thistle

I agree, the kidney pain should be there with the 2 x 17 orals. Try some testosterone or Deca instead of the Winny

I do agree on every1's decision , i think is rediculous to run 2 orals for a 12 week cycle. Make sure you are keeping ure a good diet though, and if ure not then start.
 
you guys think If I just switched over to some maybe test, after 6 weeks. And then do injectables for maybe 6 weeks?

Buy the way I eat a SH*T load of protien.

Do you count cals or keep it clean anything like that, not saying you have too just curious.... (for my own info)

why not take some test 500mg week 1-10 and dbol week 1-4 on 35mg a day?
With this and good food you will gain a lot of mass.
Orals are bad, try tho stick with needles

What do you guys recommend for a first cycle?
I've got dbol 50mg
Winnie IP 50mg
sustanon 250
& deca 300 to work with
The guy I got it from says take all four, but that sounds kind of stupid in my opinion
What combinations of these four would you guys use.
I've been lifting for about 5 years and have never done steroids. This will be my first and want to get as much benefit as possible as I am at a plateau right now.

Thats alot of dbol and like they said there's no need to go up on them its a waste..20 to 30 will make you strong as a bull all your going to do is speed up the water depending on the brand..I did good on 20mg split up and no water...I see know reason why you cant get good gains reping much heavyer weight and good protein intake....At least you know what you got when you come off them...And your liver will like you better too...
