My first cycle.

How's it going? First of all let me tell you about myself. I'm a 21 year old guy, 6 foot 2, at 146lbs... yeah i know, pretty skinny haha. So anyway, I have played football since 9th grade, i ran track for 2 years, just never gained any weight. I have been a quarter back since day 1, since i'm too light to do anything else. I recently decided that i want to be a receiver, but in order to do that, i need to gain some weight. I have a few buds that have done a few cycles, and talked to them about my problem. So one of them came up with a cycle that should be good for my first. I already have everything and i will start my cycle on Wednesday.

I will be taking
500mg test c pw
400mg eq pw
and anastrozole for a 6 week cycle.

PCT will be Clomid and Nolva.

I will also be taking a bunch of different vitamins and joint health stuff. let me know how it looks, i will be posting my progress.

if you dont learn how to train, eat and gain weight naturally roids wont help much at all.

squat heavy, deadlift heavy, bench and military press. that should be the foundation of your workout.. and almost nothing else should be added. eat like a horse and see how much you gain. if you dont gain eat more. log everything you eat and keep on feeding yourself. a simple way to do it is drink 1gal of milk a day with whey protein added in everytime you drink it.
 
Listen to RADAR, hold off on AAS until you put on more size through training and diet.

To ignore this advice is asking for trouble.
 
Ok so it's been 1 week. I'm at 153 pounds. I've been eating like crazy, 1 gallon a milk a day with whey protein. Lots of wild salmon, chicken breasts, lean beef. I hit the gym 6 out of the 7 days, I did biceps/back yesterday so I'm pretty sore. I feel a bit different, haven't smoked or drank any beer this whole week, haven't been to a fast food restaurant, I haven't felt much from the test or eq, I've heard it takes a while for them to kick in though. I have been getting a bit hungrier than usual, I stuff myself with food, and half an hour later I'm hungry again. I'll keep you guys updated.
 
Also, I'm getting anywhere from 8-10 hours of sleep per night, I wake up twice in that time to eat since I get hungry. Is it bad to do that?

No as long as its clean like cottage cheese, Chicken,peanut butter sanwitch on whole wheat bread.


And if you're really dedicated you'll drop the beer and cigarettes.
