My First Cycle

ALRIGHT PEOPLE IM FINALLY GONNA DO A CYCLE. SO IF ALL OF U COULD GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO TAKE IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, EVEN FROM IRON, LOL.

IM THINKING OF TAKING SUS AND DECA FOR TEN WEEKS. DOES ANYONE NO A GOOD CYCLE FOR THIS?
 
Weeks 1-8 500mg/wk Sust
Weeks 1-8 400mg/wk Deca
Weeks 1-5 30mg/day Dbol (Kick Start ur Cycle)
Nolvadex on hand
Clomid 3 weeks after last shot of deca/sust.

I guess there isn't enough info on the board about how to put together a cycle. You give no goals, not stats, no fund limit, you just ask..."Thinking sust or deca, so give me a cycle."

Use the search feature, read past posts, gain knowledge.

Figure I'll just go ahead and post this, since I'm heading to work...


I would do...

Weeks
1 & 2----- 750mg Sust
3-10------ 500mg Sust
5-10------ 400mg Deca
11 & 12 - 200mg Deca


After your last injection of Sust, it's going to be tapering off in your system for around 4 weeks. This is why I have have you still injecting 200mg deca in weeks 11 & 12, since you'll still have extra test in your system.

If you want to use some Dbol (recommended), for the first 4 weeks, use 30mg daily. This will help you get some initial size/strength while waiting for the test to kick in.

You should also use clomid to help with natural test production. When I do a similar cycle to this (well, I'll be doing exactly this cycle, with some added 75mg fina EOD as my first cycle) I will use clomid as follows,

During cycle, 50mg clomid EOD. Week 13, 50mg ED, 14 100mg ED, 15 50mg ED, 16 50mg EOD.

Assuming you eat enough calories, and train, you should put on quite a bit more than 11 keepable pounds during the cycle. I'd say eat around 4500 calories per day.

depends on your gentics, how well you eat, how hard you train, how much rest you get, and how well you taper off...Sould gain 20 or so pounds...not sure how much you will keep...
