My f-ckin hips are weak!!

At least I think they are, unless my form us screwed. Whenever I do squats my inner hips hurt the next day and even prevent me from hitting higher numbers in the gym. Anyway to strengthen the hips? You think my form is the problem?

feet shoulder width apart.

they don't really flare, sort of in between the two extremes.

what do you mean by where do I stall? I go below parallel every time.
 
I feel it most when I stand up after sitting down for a while. I feel it most about 2 inches below my inner hip bone. if that helps.
 
Your adductors are either weak or the are slightly torn. Most likely weak so when you squat the get overloaded and cause pain when trying to stabilize the hips. Either try a slightly wider stance with less weight or do hip adduction excercises

thanks Suston. any advice on the knees, as far as if they should flare in or out?
 
Teh should follow directly above the toes, so if your feet point slightly out the knee should follow directly above it. On a wide stance or on a narrow stance, the should not shake or wobble at all, if they do then plenty of adductor work and abductor work. also plenty of ham work will help stabilize the knee

You should keep your knees out while squatting, but constantly through the whole motion.
