My elbow hurts.

Whenever I do exercises that involve the elbow, like the bench press and tricep extensions, I get this sharp pain in my right elbow. I bench the PL way, with my elbows tucked in.

I would appreciate any advice anyone can give on this.
 
are you doing speed benches? these are starting to tear up my elbows a little
 
Wrap them up, and use an anti-inflamatory...Read a post I wrote earlier about wrist pain. Also, do a search under the word pain, elbow pain, etc...There is alot of good advice out there. Good Luck!!
 
Neoprene Elbow Sleeves and some linament will work wonders. I use the sleeves even if my elbows are bothering me....just to help keep them warm.

Sometimes elbow pain can come from squatting with you hands to close together. Perhaps not in your case...but if you have tried everything else...you might try moving your grip out when squatting.
 
Be careful with the anti-inflamatory meds. Inflamation is a natural response the body uses in an attempt to correct the problem. Taking an anti-inflamatory may be counter producting in the long run. Also, Ibuprofen can completely halt protein synthesis and tear the muscles down at doses not uncommon for most.

Hannibal: I think that may be my problem, because I have received comments about my grip width earlier. I use needsize's squat video as a model, and I concetrated entirely on the form earlier. Now, I'm noticing that his grip is much, much wider than mine.
