I did not wear any shirts all weekend that cost under $200, fucker. The green one is a silk / linen blend...I didn't expect you to pick up on that :rose: but when it comes to comfort, I lead the way.

At least I spilled beer on everything, so my dry cleaner is happy.

No time to tan, brother. Maybe I'll bring my pale, overdressed self to AZ. ;)

Gosh guys... Matt looked hot in that green shirt Saturday night!

Wtf is with people putting so much significance in the price tag? Clothes do not make a person...

I never mentioned price! Tiger didn't specifically target the price of the clothes.

I could tell the green shirt wasn't run of the mill.

Cuz we were authentic AAS aficiando's (sp?).

By the time we were done talking about HCG's, Anavar's, PCT's and Sust -- it was already late!

We are such fitness pin-stickin' nerds!

This Atlanta gathering looks like your typical office party. :)

As long as we're not wearing business clothes, holding our drinks in the air, and dancing to KC and the Sunshine and YMCA songs while drunk. :)

Yeah yeah, i'm so "anti" as soon as i step out of the corporate conformist machine. :)

I wont be if I am invited!! woo hoo

4everhung – Interesting guy....reminded me of NJ mafia...dry sense of humor which I totally get, outspoken, which I appreciate, was a pimp in the club. Didnt get to talk that much as he was ALL about the club women.

Bunny – I was attempting to sneak into the hotel on Friday as I was in work clothes, baseball hat etc....I walk into the lobby and I see this strikingly beautiful tall athletic redhead from behind....she turns and we immediately recognize each other. This woman has an ATHLETE'S body, a models face and the personality to match it all. If you follow her progress thread, it is something that you cant describe...it must be seen first hand.

nycgirl – She's on of those types who is always smiling...smiling in a way that makes you think "What the hell did SHE do last night". Very intelligent, great sense of humor, great giggle...she just needs a mid-day nap to hang....Im just pissed I didnt get to see her in a bikini.

Jenscat – My first impression was "HOT". Really laid back, down top earth, witty and intelligent. Impressed me with her beer chugging ability. If you read any of her posts, you know how supportive she is of others...it showed in Atlanta.

Chefwide – We didnt get to talk a lot, but I must say his sense of humor is as out there as mine. The improvements he has made on his body put him in a class of his own on this, or any board.

Sassy – What can I say? I saw her in the lobby and didnt recognize her for a split second. Absolutely gorgeous, pictures do her no justice. A testiment to anyone who wants to change their physique...hell - even thier life. GREAT sense of humor...down to earth...ALWAYS takes time to help others on the Women's Board....has my ultimate respect as an athlete, and more importantly, my friend

Ulter – If you factor out his intelligence, friendliness and sense of humor, the man would still have my respect for everything he has done to hlep the Bunny Project along the way. Very interesting to talk to, anything from fitness judging criteria to ala. Im very happy I was able to meet The Man.

Frisky - Woman has it down from her looks to her personality. Another athlete in the group....very sweet, beat the crap outta aap allweekend, so she get major brownie points for that. Looking forward to her evolution to Fitness.

Matttheskywalker – Liked him immediately when we had dinner last year. Matt is unique in that he can debate politics and bbing simultaneously while holding two beers and using his back pocket as a coolie for a third. GREAT sense of humor....consider him a friend.

aap – Why this man is single...Im not sure. Hell, even with all the ef hotties, I was attracted to him...but alas..he turned me down. Fairly quiet witht he occasional hella funny comment. Really down to earth...another Southern Gentleman...glad I got to meet him

Habitual health – blah blah blah blah

;)

She is one of those women who immediately catches your eye as she enters a room. Fantastic eyes, captivating devilish smile. Intelligent, funny, but most importantly, is scared of me.

The next meet-up - I promise I will wear a bikini.

Re: Naps - you, being a southern gentleman, should know the importance of why a lady needs her mid-afternoon nap. Another reason why my sugardaddy will be an older man, he will appreciate and understand why I need to be well-rested for evening/midnight activities. :qt:

Oh man I enjoyed reading this! I missed alot of the socializing due to my hourly potato feedings and all nite posing session, however I could see that everyone was having a great time & just getting along great! You could see everyone's personality from the boards starting to come out as the time passed. What I remember most is the noise coming from certain parts of the audience while I was on stage and coudlnt' see anyone except the judges w/ the lights in my face, but I could hear them. I could hear and it just made me smile even bigger.

I appreciate that everyone understood my little fit about the potato at the restaurant - I was not proud of myself and lapsed into a bit of a terrets fit about the need for a single 3 oz potato. It happened again the next day at another restaurant. The moral of the story there is never leave home w/o your potatos.

I had more fun just hanging out w/ Bunny in our room -- thx for giving me a place to call "home" for a few days girl! Never had so much fun w/ someone so special!
Shadow helped bring me down from the potato incident and has been there through all the turmoil for the last 6 months of prep and continues to be a source of common sense & support packaged in a hot little southern gentleman's body.
Matty - no words for matty - unique in my lifetime & and unique in my life. Couldn't ask to know a better person.
NYCgirl - hawty! So much fuN!
Jens - more hawty, fun, hiliarious watching you with matt and the science of the magic straw!
HH - love ya like the homeslice that ya are girl! We will continue to plan destruction of brain cells via liquid fire in the future! Between trips to the gym of course...!
aap - welll, workin' the magic on the EF girls...!
Frisky - my dance buddy, tearing up the floor to 5 yr old trance music while cheffy stands on the side with his stupid happy smile :)
Cheffy -- again, words cant' describe how great it is to see you again and to see you so happy and bringing all that to the ATL!
Ulter - The Man! The legend! It was awesome sitting around watchign you and my trainer talk shop - learned lots, continue to learn and just ecstatic to have the chance to hang out. And yes, the source of my first and only Capt & Diet Coke! Thank you ma man, and cheers! Have I mentioned how much I *LOVE* Cardio Breeze???
4everhung - great to meet you and yet another proud moment for me that you were able to experience the potato fit as well... lol

All in all, I'm stilll carrying a stupid happy smile on my face and still consider this one of my life-topping moments. I'll never forget this weekend. Ever.

And yes, I got the BIG trophy!

My last thought of the day Sat was of my trainer driving back to the gym in his Scion w/ all the trophies we brought back that nite. Hilarious! Wonderful & hilarious.

Cool guy very wild and crazy!
heh
I'm hard of hearing
seriously though,In my town I'm well known because of our family business
I can't go anywhere w/o people recognizing me
all the clergy and I work together
so I can't even buy beer at the supermarket
not to mention there's nowhere to go
so when I get to party out of town I'm like a sailor on leave

I remember one time at a restaurant they told me that they were out of baked potatoes
I managed to get the mgmt to give me a tanqueray martini instead
cool trade
in your case too I can well understand your frustration
you've been carefully minding your diet which I imagine too involved a good degree of sacrifice
you were understandably looking forward to the allowable potato and then to find out it wasn't to be
well fuck
if I hadn't received a martini in trade I'd have been pissed too

Let's see here...my turn to give a snyopsis of the crazies at the meetup:

4everhung – Dude, u crack me up. Although I think you drank yourself under the table friday night you made for a barrel of laughs. You're a very outspoken guy to say the least. :) (Btw....the hair gel incident, still one of the funnier moments of the weekend)

Bunny – Hunni bunny, WOW! First thing that came to mind the minute I saw you and the only thing I can think to say now. You, my dear, are a true inspiration to all. Ripped up from head to toe lookin' hawt hawt hawt! I wish the absolute best for you in ALL of your endeavors. Call me anytime and we'll pop pills together. lol

nycgirl – *giggle giggle*. You're a sneaky lil shit for sure. One of those friends who quietly observe and then BAM! Come out with some off the wall remark or comment to have me in stitches. (and in trouble half the time) You're like the sister I never had. Bring your tig-ol-bitty-giggly-smart-ass down here anytime! You rock!

Jenscat – I luv you woman. I had such a great time with you. Bold and beautiful is how I would describe you. Not afraid to speak your mind (which we all know HH can appreciate) and life of the party. (as we all could see in the pic of you doubled up with the beers) *cough cough alcoholic cough*

Chefwide – We didn't get to talk much but from a distance, you're a trip. You and your facial expressions kill me. Though you look like a bad ass, my money is on you being a complete teddy bear.

Sassy – Lady, not even sure where to start with you. You are amazing. Your transformation in the time I've known you alone blows me away. I feel so very fortunate to have you in my life. (certainly 36lbs lighter later ;) ) You were one of the first ladies to take me under your wing here on EF and have guided, encouraged, and supported me every step of the way. Your personality, heart, wisdom, integrity, love of life just brings smiles to anyone around you. I am, without question, a better person for knowing you and am SOOOO glad I was able to cheer you on this weekend. You were stunning.

Ulter – Unfortunately I didn't get to talk to this guy much however, I'm a great eavesdropper. Heh. Probably one of the smartest men I've met. Full of SO much information and knowledge. I too have so much respect for his contribution to the Bunny Project. That aside, has a sincere smile that really draws you in. Can't wait to see what else surfaces in time from this mastermind.

Frisky - Wish I could type out my big ol smile here. :D This girl is wild, crazy, upbeat and just a ton of fun to be around. As most of us (short of aap of course), I really got a kick out of seeing her tear into aap. Her personality on the boards followed her to atlanta to make for a really kick ass time together. Funny, I'm over hear laughing just thinking about the time we had. You're awesome girl and I will be one of your biggest supporters for your competitions! (btw: yet, another white girl who can shake her groove thang)

Matttheskywalker – Hmmm, Matt is in a class of his own. Very sincere yet straight forward. Jovial yet serious. You never have to question what is on his mind which is (IMO) a remarkable quality. Definitely another life of the party. Not sure I'll ever forget the spillage in the back pocket tho...that was priceless. He's one of these people who without fail, will succeed at any endeavor in life. Awesome to finally meet ya man.

Shadow-The biggest shit talker on the east coast. A bit of a mystery to this attractive, well spoken, intellect....who from time to time has something funny to say. He too, has really helped me in my transformation over the past 3 months and for that, I owe many many many thanks. I'm certain I wouldn't be where I am today without his guidance. So, for an old guy....he's pretty cool. (please note, i'm still not scared of him)

aap – Well, well, well....what do I say about lil country? I have to admit all of the banter back and forth on the boards prior has me intrigued about meeting him. Not so much the shit talker when he's standing face to face but genuinely an awesome guy. :rose: ;) Good looking, great personality, big heart, very attentive to what's going on around him, I agree with all of the other ladies...he's definitely a gentleman to the core. Next time bring your laptop so we can see what you're really all about. lol

Habitual health – she's one coo mo fo. :qt:

Dang I feel like I just signed my senior yearbook again.

Seriously-everyone had something unique to bring to the meetup this weekend and I feel very fortunate to have met you all. Anytime you're in atlanta....don't ask me to drive you around. Mmmkkk. ;)

In all honesty, I don't have a problem finding them, I have a problem trying to keep them from turning psycho. Girls are whacked.

Maybe it's the girls you attract? I don't see why they's automatically turn "psycho" as you put it.

Maybe it's TN?

you only eat potatoes?

The last week of contest prep can be approached in many ways, but generally you do a carb depletion Sun - Wed, then start your carb up coinciding w/ a water depletion from Thurs - Sat. Previous experimentation brought us to the conclusion that plain old white potatos would be my carb up material of choice. So startign on Thurs, I had 2 protein + veggie meals, alternating w/ about 2 oz potato every hour until around dinner time. I checked in w/ my trainer every couple of hours from Fri - Sat to see how I looked and adjust the food intake as needed.

On Fri nite, I was down to just the potatos, had missed 2 feedings already while we were organizing to get to the restaurant - so I'm starving and also worried that I'm not going to fill out enough from lack of carbs. So yea, I went balistic on the lack of potatos once we got to the restaurant.

At this point, I've eaten a religiously clean diet and screwing up my carb-up could've delayed my fill-out and eating any alternatives or something like the "puree'd potatos" they said they had, had the chance that they put something else in the mix besides just plain potato that I wouldn't be able to process, would "back me up" or just plain old make me sick. No f'n way was I going to chance that. And on top of it, I couldn't wait any longer to eat without gettign sick from no food.

So it was rather critical to not screw up 3 months of planning.

There is one problem with me meeting new people....I don't like people.

I do have to say this, which I don't make comments like this very often, but HabitualHealth has the perfect body.

I am on an HST training plan, I lift 3 days per week, do all body parts.

I am doing cardio now 3 days per week for about 30 mins each session, high intensity (running or biking).

My diet is clean, I cut out all the bullshit, I have been watching my total calorie intake and keep it WELL below my maintenance of 3100. (I am 6'2" 200lbs now) started at 6'2" 217lbs and 16% BF... now 200lbs and 11% bf.

what's 10-12 cal per deal mean?

And will my HST training be ok as oppose to the one body part per week.

10-12 cals per pound of bodyweight.(2000-2400 cals)

training more frequently ramps metabolism.

HIIT for 20-30 minutes per day

you will be in and out of the gym in 4 hours TOTAL per 7 days

Ok, my weight training takes about an hour.. and my cardio is usually 30 mins... so 4.5 hours a week

and cool i'll shoot for 2000 cals a day

thanks buddy, you'll be the first to get my new pics when I'm done cutting.

every little bit of info helps.. i know I should know better.. just need reinforcement.
