My damn results and Muscle memory

Ok i respond great to AAS. When i come off and i stay at the gym. I lose my typical water and thats about it..

Im at the gym 5 times a week 4 at the least for no less than 8 months... But after i take a good month break or even 2 at the max... man it seems like i lose EVERYTHING... Ill still look decent.. my pecks keep shape not size.. my arms the same..


When i get back in the gym after about a month i look awesome again..

I cant figure out wtf this always happens.. And it pisses me off. Cuz i hate filling up shirts.. and then not doing it. or feeling like i cant keep everything "all the time"

any advice or tips? its not just the juice i figure that..
 
Its muscle memory. All muscle memory is is size and not strength. i just found out from personal experience over this past week. (thats a long story) Also you may not know after you've been on a set schedule for pumping iron/working out and have been going good for a few weeks, and you miss ONE just ONE workout thats like not working out for two weeks. its crazy i know but i know this as a fact lol its no fun being super strong then going back and being super weak.
Some advice take shorter breaks and start back light and it will come back soon. but 2 months is a bit long i don't even go a month. Some ppl suggest 10-12 weeks but i never do that. 6 weeks at the most for me. Also when you do take your break your supposed to do light-medium workouts not just sitting around, not sure if that is what you do but i def did and its not the thing to do. hope that helps you
 
ah i know how to work out brotha its not that... and i get burned out and its just how i like to do it.. When i dont have a desire or urge to lift then i will cheat myself in the gym somedays and leave early... skip my abs or something..

thats when i take the time off but last year i did 8 months solid and 4 months off due to an injury.. got back in and was fine.

i just want to keep my mutha fuckin strength and size.

i hate going from working out with 270 on a bench press to 190 or 200.. fuggin sucks. i was just wondering how everyone else reacts

Ur natural testosterone is low and gets higher when you work out. You also may have a problem with your pituitary producing hormons on regular bases.
I had the same problem and I chose HRT cause I was tired of the ups and downs
Once on AAS Im fine as well, I hardly lose any strength now since my levels are stable all the time. But I start slow if I take time off and it comes back quickly

I think you actually losing muscle mass
 
u need to do active training OUTSIDE when you take time off the gym

Running, and Pushups and Bent over rows will do ALOT

do them 3 times a week
