Ok i respond great to AAS. When i come off and i stay at the gym. I lose my typical water and thats about it..
Im at the gym 5 times a week 4 at the least for no less than 8 months... But after i take a good month break or even 2 at the max... man it seems like i lose EVERYTHING... Ill still look decent.. my pecks keep shape not size.. my arms the same..
When i get back in the gym after about a month i look awesome again..
I cant figure out wtf this always happens.. And it pisses me off. Cuz i hate filling up shirts.. and then not doing it. or feeling like i cant keep everything "all the time"
any advice or tips? its not just the juice i figure that..
