My daily routine/plan - comments/suggestions please

Hi Guys, just found this great site and thought i might post what im currently doing, and hopefully get some feedback from people who know a lot more than me!

I am about 5'10, 180lb, relatively solid build, fairly heavy legs with not a "fat" body, but i do have a layer and would like to cut pretty much bigtime and rip right up.

7am - glass water with 2 dymetadrine Xtreme pills
stretch, by 7:15 leave on 2mile slow jog - 18-22 mins.

8:15 - oats (1/3 cup dry), cooked, adding half a banana and sometimes 1/4 cup of skim milk and honey.

10am - "Hydroxy Ripped" Protein shake with water. Perhaps a peice of fruit or two.

12-12:30 - 6inch Sub, no cheese, often roasted chicken or cold chicken or ham/turkey with most salads. Washed down with water. For a change, I sometimes grab a chicken sandwhich or kebab/souvlaki, however eat most of contents (on plate - chicken, tomato, lettuce, mushrooms) and only eat 1/4-1/2 of the bread. Always buy lunch, I dont take food to work, perhaps i should?

2pm - another hydroxy ripped shake sometimes with a peice of fruit or two or a cup of low-fat yoghurt.

3pm - 10ml "Ultimate Male Fuel" testosterone fluid with 3-4 dymetadrine Xtreme pills.

4pm - Gym, mainly boxing/kickboxing workout - shadow boxing/bag/mits/shaddow box with weights. Normally go for an hour of this sort of cardio.
5pm - Mondays: biceps/chest/ Wednesdays: tricepts, back/shoulders Fridays: some legs, whatever from mon or wed isnt too sore. Abs every day of week.

6:30 - Dinner, often couple small peices of chicken with vegatables, corn etc, or beef with vegies, sometimes lentil soup with vegies, stir fried chicken w/vegies, tuna/tomato/light cheese with crackers, some chillies/olivies.

9pm ish, if home, cup of tea.

I do that Mon-Fri, on weekends similar food, however normally just go on 2-2.5mile slow jogs both sat and sun.

What do you guys think? what should i change, remembering i am trying to cut fat here.
