That's how much i bench because i try to stay away from bench i always injure myself i usually do db press.
Well yeah i mean he used to be a trainer, power lifter and he's an herbalist or whatever u call it lol
he just said it would be easier on my system.
And i wasn't benching 300 natural because i was always a twig, i was 150lbs when i started college it was always hard for me to put on weight.
I'm not saying that you guys aren't right, all I'm saying is that I'm not a newb either and i have a basic idea on most things. That i needed to be more strict and consistent with my first cycle yes, i slacked off a lot.
