My cycle

Hey guys,

I've been told by my trainer to start off with these, I thought its better to check with you guys before starting off,

Deca-durabolin - 50mg eod
Stanazalol - 50mg eod
Anavar - 40mg ed

I'm 5'11", 29 yo.
BF - 17%
Weight - 75kgs.

Currently consuming about 150gms of protein ed.

I'm just looking to be ripped and toned. Lean mainly.

Also, what should my pct look like?

Any help/guidance would be great.

You weigh 165lb and 17% of that is fat. So you are have 30lbs of fat and 135lb of something else. About the onlything your trainer got right is the amount of protein you should be taking in. I think it should be a bit higher but lets not split hairs right now.

The aas you are taking. WRONG WRONG WRONG AND MORE WRONG. First you do not for any reason what so ever even need to be taking steroids right now. The fact that your trainer even told you to shows he cares nothing for your health,your long term goals, or even you as a person.

On top of all that its a shitty cycle anyway and if your trainer is going to give you a cycle you would think the guy would know a little something about pct.



Any way lets just get right down to it. I want to help you. Ef and my fellow good bro's want to help you. Will work with you starting today in this log and everyday. Will get you on your way to reaching new goals and new levels of fitness. AND WE WILL DO IT FOR FREE!!! because that is what we do here on ef. We will give you the right advice and help you reach goals the right way. Will teach you about aas to but that is for much much later bro.

If you want this help??? do not even think about doing this cycle. Fire your trainer!!!! just call his ass up right now and tell him (hay bro you suck balls and your fired). DO not waist another dime on him or anymore of your time with him. With a trainer like that who needs enemies!!!!


Bro we want to help. If you want this help we can get down to business right here and now, tonight. If you really love the idea of taking steroids you do not need because some guy you wasted money on told you to take them then no ones going to stop you. We sure and hell will not help you go that root right now though.

So I/we extend a big helping hand to you if you want it.
 
75kg at 5 11 with 17% bodyfat that's alot of fat for someone as tall as you are and even if you loose that fat you won't have that much muscle to show off! I think your biggest concern now should be to build muscle and strength through a decent weighttraining program and a decent diet not with steroids! Yeah I agree 100% with NEEDTO, you can have a better body without messing with exogenous hormones, it's to soon! What's your history with weights, how long have been doing it consistently?

I'm not one of the biggest guys here, but see my avatar? It's me and drug-free! Oh and I was 53kg when I first start at 5 10! Your trainer is messing with you and maybe because you want results the fast way, what comes fast goes fast remember that and there will be consequences "inside"!

I'm just not able to get my tummy to go in. Also, I want to get leaner on my face.

My diet mainly comprises of sprouts, juices, protein shakes and subway sandwiches.

How long have you been working out bro? How long working out with out getting lazy and giving up?

Also how long have you been on this program?


Also why the crappy diet and no care for a good diet? What does your day look like. What do yuou do with all your time. We need to get you eating real food bro. You are in luck there to as I was a chef for 13+ years and the other of a published healthy cook book too.

My days are pretty irregular. Start off late or even early at times due to the nature of work. I'm into publications and being a co-editor of a weekly new magazine, I have to run around way too much.

I've been working out with this program since about a year +.

Overall working out since 3 years.

I'm a vegetarian, don't have too much to explore on food. I tried but couldn't develop taste. I do have eggs though.

Well well a vegetarian. Cool shit bro. Is this something you will not compromise on. I mean can you use whey protain powder? cassin protein powder? fish?

no matter if you can't will work around it.


Looking at your pic you are not out of shape bro. Well not as much as I was thinking anyway. You got a good base and we can add to this. We will change your training and make a man out of you yet. We will base your diet around gaining lean mass as I know staying thin is what you want.

Muscle burns fat bro. Muscle makes you look better. You want muscle.

OK starting today you need to log all your cals. We need to know exactly how many cals you are taking in and where they are coming from. So starting today and everyday I want you to post up what you eat everyday. I also want you to log it on this site.

fitday.com this will tell you the brake down of your diet. Makes it real easy for you bro. Take that info along with what you eat for the day and post it in this thread every day.

Now next we will work on your work out. ED we will tweak your diet and you will start to understand what cals you need to take in everyday and when, and of course also why.
 
I don't like cooked fish, but I like sushi and it ain't so bad for building muscle.

You are an ectomorph and you don't look too bad, I think with the right diet you will get there in no time, NEEDTO will take care of you!

What kind of cardio do you do? Plus can you be more specific about your routine?
 
No offense bro, but you are no where ready to be on aas.

Get your diet in check and get a good training regimen for a year or two before you even consider it.
