RamRom

New member
165lbs, bf% not sure, 5'8"

LETS JUST SAY THATS WHAT I HAVE

2 bottels of Testosterone Cypionate , each 10ml

taking twice a week @ 250mg per shot for 10 weeks

then do PCT with Clomid
Day 1: 300mg
Day 2 to 10: 100mg ED
Day 11 to 21: 50mg ED

diet is
CAL 4000
FAT 116
CARB 456
PRO 274

let me know what u think?

some will argue but nolvadex is far more effective and safer than clomid.

my pct is this:

5000i.u every 4 days for 4 injects
40mg nolva for 4-6 weeks (depending on length of cycle and gear used)

Calories are wrong. What you put down adds up to 3142 calories. Eat at least 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

that's what it gives me when i do the calculation in fitday.com

what about the gear cycle, is it ok?

Gear is fine...good first cycle. Read Satch's PCT comment (HCG and Nolvadex) and also check out the PCT forum....good info. Azul has your diet nailed.

i guess fitday is not that accurate

carbs and protein multiply by 4
fat multiply by 9

Fat - 116 * 9 = 1044
carbs - 456 * 4 = 1824
protein - 274 * 4 = 1096

Total cals = 3964

So he's at about 4000 cals

As long as you're supplying a surplus of fat and carb calories every day, 1.5g to 2g per lb of protein is good enough to grow....I'm an ectomorph and went from 153 to 180lbs in a year off 3800 cals a day (current bf is between 5-6%)....with protein intake around 1.5g per lb......too much protein is just as bad if not worst than not enough.......

Yes his diet looks just fine to me. Plenty of carbs, protein, and fats, and caloric surplus. I also prefer nolva to clomid for PCT but that's just a personal preference now, clomid worked just fine for me back in the day. Cycle looks good to me, simple and straightforward.

Just stick with the test for right now bro. Save the deca for your next cycle, so you will know what sides you will get using the test.

if i eat right and train right, how much gain would i expect?

That's like asking once I finish college how much money can I expect to make....Each person is different, genetically, mentally, physically, emotionally....all these determine your final outcome....for example what you may feel is eating and training right may be different to me.....Another example...an endomorph can eat and train exactly the same as an ectomorph....yet the outcome is going to be totally different.....no one can give you the answer to that question for only you know your body....and if you don't, it's imperative that you learn......You may be one of the lucky ones that gain 20lbs off test, but then again you may only gain 10lbs......either way, this is your learning cycle.....just eat big, train hard, get plenty of rest and you will see a difference.....Don't get so caught up on how much.....just focus on executing!!

I think that protein and carbs yeild 7 caloires per gram.

"This popular method of estimating calories assumes that one gram of protein contains 4 calories, that one gram of carbohydrate contains 4 calories, and that one gram of fat contains 9 calories"

a quote taken from nutribase.com .... plus a pro BBer told me hold to count cals like 8 years ago or so......

"1 gram of protein has 4 calories
1 gram of fat has 9 calories
1 gram of carbohydrate has 4 calories"

another quote from Kian Phillips http://www.freewebtown.com/kian/novice_003.htm

"1 gram of protein = 4 calories
1 gram carbohydrate = 4 calories
1 gram of fat = 9 calories"
