thx winny, idk its almost impossible for me to gain fat id have to really eat like shit. My diet wasnt perfect, but in the beginning it was a lot of eggs, sweet potatoes, ww bread, milk and chicken.
Towards the end, when i moved things changed and i started eating eggs, ww bread, anpb, milk, meat, almonds, and protein shakes. i always had a gallon of water, and i alwaysmade sure i had protein when i woke up, after workouts and cottage cheese or peanut butter before bed. Always drank milk
to be honest toward the end i was eatng more carbs complex, and less protein. I dont think i ever got more than 250g protein more than a couple times the whole cycle. So now in PCT im gonna get 250-300g every day, so maybe that will help transition and not crash enough going into pct
