I've been reading some interesting stuff on HIIT. I thought I would try it like this, the purpose would be to burn more fat while asleep with an increased metabolism
I go to bed at 11 in the evening
At about 8 I eat my 7 out of 8:th meal
At 10 I would go out and do sprints for 20 minutes, something like jogg for 5 minutes, sprint for 1 minute, walk fast 3 minutes, jogg for 2 minutes and sprint for 1 minute, then walk 1 minute, jogg 3 minutes, sprint 1 and so on.
This would take something like 20-25minutes.
When I get home I would eat my last meal at 10, protein, fishoil and a sallad. The HIIT would not be the time to burn fat, but rather to increase metabolism and with that burn more cals during the night.
When I get up in the morning I would do 40 minutes walk on an empty stomach and after that I would eat breakfast. That would mean the hours for the burn fat would be mostly by night and in the morning.
PS. I'm also on gear now so that would help with the catabolic state.
