Hi bros. This cycle will be my first cutting cycle. So any additional advice would be apperciated.
Stats: 216 lbs, 15% bf, 6'11"
I would like to get down to 8% or even less with the followings. I'm planning to eat 2500 KCal/day(30p/40c/30f) and do cardio 4 times per week, each about 45 min. long, lifting weights 3 times per week.
My cycle will look like this:
Weeks Test. prop. Clen./ECA Cytomel Nolvadex Clomid
1. 3 1234555 25-50mgs 20mg
2. 3 5554321 50-75mgs 20mg
3. 3 ECA 100mgs 20mg
4. 3 ECA 100mgs 20mg
5. 3 1234555 75-50mgs 20mg
6. 3 5554321 50-25mgs 20mg
7-8. 50mg
What do yall think about this?
Is it possible to reduce the calories even further than that without losing any muscle? Ex. down to 2000 KCal?
