People on the ana boards really need to lighten up, I dont understand why people cannot have fun and talk about gear at the same time.

i always get the gym instructor or new guy in the gym talk to me about how they used to be as big/strong as me but theyve lost X amount of lbs over the last year or so.

some fucker tried telling me he'd gained a stone in a week but then lost it because he didnt like the look of it.

The greatest "I used to be lie of all time".......about 8-9 years ago, I was a personal trainer at Gold's Gym in St. Louis, and I had a client who I signed up who swore up and down, that he used to be in fantastic shape, he used to bench 405, and he used to have 21" guns, keep in mind this guy was 27 so I had to be looking at the worst case of atrophy ever documented by man.....but the one that stood out above the rest was his claim that he was Mr. Missouri in 1989.....it just so happened that my boss and owner of the gym was Mr. Missouri in 1989, this dude was relentless....I gave him every out.....I said you sure you don't me 1988 or 1990.....or are ya sure it was the Missouri.....his response.....was "uh yeah dude I think I know what show I was in" that's when I took him in the back office, showed him the overall trophy from the Missouri, pictures of my boss, and the promo poster from the Missouri.......he then excused himself to go the bathroom, and was never seen again........douchebag
