how did they try to intimidate you? did they ask you about any of your friends specifically or just if you knew any dealers in general? i know alot of times they will lie to you, tell you someone gave them your name so you get pissed and rat them out.

would you have been better off if you had remained silent and not answered any questions? i've always heard nothing you say can help you in any way. so the best thing is to request and attorney, keep your mouth shut, post bond and then talk after consulting an attorney.

without a confession, they dont have too much. hell, you could have pissed someone off and they decided to send illegal shit to your house. why the fuck would you order something you knew was illegal and put your real name on it? thats a reasonable doubt? at least enough of one to make the case not worth the da's time.

anyway, i'm glad you didnt get it any worse. and props on taking it like a man. you most certainly are.

in retrospect, what would you have done differently? (besides ordering from dc trading)

the intimidation was mainly them telling me that if the drugs were for someone else, call them and set up the deal, and they would let me go. (in reality i would have added distribution/poss w/ intent t omy charges) once you are arrested, only the states attorney has the power to reduce charges. they did mention specific names, including an old friend from this site, and the guy from the FDA specifically asked if i heard of elitefitness.com

i did remain silent, i was friendly with them but did not give them incriminating info. once you envoke your miranda rights, they stop questioning you.

things i would have done differently:
1. payed more for domestic
2. stayed natural...looking good isn't everything. i once thought it was until i stepped back and looked at everything i would have lost if i was incarcerated. my friends, family, job, cars, and i couldn't pay my bills and would have come out of the joint with nothing and bad credit on top of it.

it really is not worth it guys, i learned a valuable lesson from all this and i hope my post helps some of you think about the consequences invloved in placing an order for steroids. it didn't seem that bad to me at the time, i mean come on its only a cycle of sustanon. unfortunately the law views it as a schedule III and illegal...plain and simple

I've said this time and again, don't assume that a small amount of AAS won't be of interest to the cops. Especially where I live, it seems they don't have a whole hell of a lot to do, so small amounts are of interest to them. I have a question, was the search warrant signed by a local judge or federal? I don't understand how you could have been charged with possession of the items in the unopened box which was delivered by the cops. You never opened it, you merely accepted the delivery. It sounds to me that the warrant was anticipatory in nature ( cops anticipating you knew what was in the package and that you will actually open the box). I thought there was a not so recent ruling which concluded that anticipatory warrants were illegal.

I'll tell you one thing if you wanted to screw someone, just mail them a package of illegal goodies and they have no legal standing? This is bullshit. Was this an international delivery?

Its not whats in the box that gets you in trouble, its what they find in your house when they search it. Every single person I know who got caught having stuff sent to their house eventually had to plead guilty to what was in their house and had the charges concerning the contents of the package dropped.

Sending a package of illegal goodies to someone you dont like and alerting authorities may be probable cause to have thier house searched, but if they dont have anything illegal inside they probably wont get in trouble.

Plus 9 out of 10 people take a plea bargain and never go to trial, so they never find out if they could have gotten out of it or not.

Plea bargaining is like any other kind of negotiation. 12 months probation seems awful good after dangling a 364 sentence in front of you for a couple months. Just like $500 a month doesnt seem like a lot for a car when they were at $750 when you first walked in.

That shit sucks bro. Man, we live in a country that is more concerned with what we want to do to our own bodies than what other people want to do to our bodies. Fuck that!

To me AAS is like any other drug. We've all used drugs since our birth. I have been off and on acne medication since the age of 14 so is that wrong? Technically I wasn't sick, just had acne which is a cosmetic problem. What about all of the cosmetic surgeries out there now? Why is that not illegal? Diet drugs, etc? The pisser is they even let young people get surgeries like this who haven't even fully developed. No difference in my opinion. I love this country but this is the most screwed up policy I know of. The reason for classifying steroids with harder drugs was political in the first place which translates into total BULLSHIT! They need to reclassify AAS drugs and put the power back in the docs hands to write scripts. This way people aren't screwing themselves up and will get themselves checked regularly by the doc. This makes me wanna have my nips removed and buy a cattle ranch. I'm out before one of my vital organs bursts.
