What do you think...i'm 171lbs and 15% of Bf....i want to get it down to 7-8% to start bulking.... i'm planing to eat something like 1800-2000kcal / day.... in the weekends... 3500kcal on the firts day and 2500kcal on the second day...

This is the plan for te Fat + prot days
6:00
2 hamburguers (just the meat)
2 slices of ham
2 spoon of oil
9:00
2 slices of cheedar
12:00
150g of red meat
2 sausage
15:00
2 egs
2 spoon of butter
18:00
150g of chiken
21:00
2 egs white
22:00
sleep.....
I'll workout 3 time a week, and performe cardio 3 time a week (30-45min of jogging)
Is that ok??
