My CKD plan....

What do you think...i'm 171lbs and 15% of Bf....i want to get it down to 7-8% to start bulking.... i'm planing to eat something like 1800-2000kcal / day.... in the weekends... 3500kcal on the firts day and 2500kcal on the second day...
Please, have a look on my plan an critic...
This is the plan for te Fat + prot days

6:00
2 hamburguers (just the meat)
2 slices of ham
2 spoon of oil

9:00
2 slices of cheedar

12:00
150g of red meat
2 sausage

15:00
2 egs
2 spoon of butter

18:00
150g of chiken

21:00
2 egs white

22:00
sleep.....


I'll workout 3 time a week, and performe cardio 3 time a week (30-45min of jogging)

Is that ok??

change butter to canola oil (I'm assuming you're cooking on it)

add 1tbsp. of flaxseed oil

add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 15g psyllium husk fiber

Can i take a scoop of whey after Workout??
yes

Can i workout mon to sat, doing cardio 3x a week....?
yes you can, but I wouldn't recommend overdoing the cardio

Please.....last 2 questions..ehehe..
If i'm on a bulking diet, how much time after the w/o i have to take de Pw shake?? after the tw/o or wait 30-45 min??

After the CDK, how to reintroduce the carbs on the bulking diet??
how quick can i introduce?
